I agree with your final Slammer assessment lol I prefer the Zone myself (also bag the Berg) but prefer the Glo Z line version. Has a tad less flex and glide, flies straighter, and handles more torque than the Crystal Flex Get Freaky. Whatever fits your game the best has to be the one we bag. Love the content bro, keep em coming.

For slower forehands, I open up my pointer finger for support. I can see your discs flopping around too much when you're trying to throw a slower flick. Give it a whirl.

I do this as well. Stabilizes the flight plate and adds noticeable control to low torque flicks. A go to grip for touchy shot with my pigs and toros

Do you serve the pizza or throw like a baseball for forehands? I struggle at trying to do the Stokely method

Love the slammer in lucid plastic cause it doesn’t beat I’n. Just doesn’t seem like quite the same disc asthe zone both new. And a good zone beat in flies nice and straight. If you can handle how deep the slammer rim is it’s money. For the real over stacks approach slot, just not for everybody

Do you know what plastic the one I was throwing is? I’d doesn’t show it on the disc. But after just 1 round of 9 holes the disc already looks pretty beat up which is surprising. I still think it’s similar enough to the zone to compare. They are both labeled overstable approach discs. The slammer to me was just an overstable berg

@@discgolfjustice I throw a berg religiously and that’s a pretty decent comparison. That slammer is just their base plastic “classic supreme”. I never got one until the lucid came out because that base plastic beats In super fast. Especially with somethin you’ll smack trees a lot with like an overstable approch. Zone or maybe the toro are the right disc to compare with tho

Ya the bottom of the disc is already pretty beat up just from this video. To the point where it feels rather uncomfortable in the hand from the pointy plastic that’s been chipped

The slammer is money 200' ft in with that supreme plastic. Easily make run on the basket with out much of a skip.
