RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli - 500 gr.
Salt.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Carrots - 2 pcs.
juice of half a lemon.
Tangerines - 1 large.
Squeeze the juice.
Sugar -1 tsp.
mixing
Cook covered for 7-10 minutes.
Cherry tomatoes - 250 gr.
A teaspoon of sugar.
Salt.
Cook covered for another 2 minutes.

Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Dry garlic - 1 tsp.
Salt.
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.

Today we are making garlic croutons.
Borodino bread 5-6 pieces.
I cut off the edges of the bread.
Cut into 2 cm thick slices.
I cut the slices into 3 sticks.
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Vegetable Oil - 25ml.
Garlic - 7 cloves.
Vegetable Oil - 50ml.
Fry on high heat for 20 seconds.
Next remove the garlic.
Put the bread in the butter.
Fry on each side.
Rub each toast with garlic paste.

Важно правильно отварить броколли. 2-3 минуты в кипящей подсоленной воде достать шумовкой и сразу в очень холодную воду. Прекращается процесс приготовления и цвет. Почему-то не показали
