I have the OMI UP North Platte business car. Still boxed up to this day. I paid $636.00 for it over ten years ago. I’m really looking forward to BLI’s Kenefic business car. I have it on preorder. Can’t wait to get it so that it will stay boxed up. In all honesty, they are boxed up, because I do not have a place to build anything right now, but it’s coming. Some plastic/styrene models are as good as brass in my opinion, especially the ones that contain brass and etched metal parts. The owner of Division Point models stresses how much one can sell their models down the road for their value of being brass. I don’t buy models (or watches) to later sell them at a profit. If that were the case, I guess, I’d be a dealer. It totally skews and corrupts hobbies when people get into what they think they can sell something for down the road. I LOVE the look of this UP observation car 3:23. I'm not really into UP equipment, but I'd still buy it just to have it. It's beautiful! 😍

Colors on passenger cars faded (more so with blue and maroon). Anyone running a large passenger train with 100% matched paint is very likely not being prototypical.
When I get my undecorated Pullman green observation car, will it come with details that we can apply or will we have to find these else where?
