What's weird is they always say "before Manson went on his crime spree", yet he was never present at any of the murders. Evil man, but they always misrepresent the murders by implying that he was there.

I'm kind of surprised that Chester Bennington wasn't on this list. I'd say half a dozen or more of Linkin Park's songs are much more haunting since his death. The two that come to mind the most for me are 'Leave Out All The Rest' and 'One More Light', but there are others.

Much like throwaway jokes comedians use about H*tler being a bad painter and thats the reason he became who he was , some do jokes in a similar vein to Manson who of course was not a talented musical artist. But i recall many a comedian ponder on podcasts and even stages what would happen differently if everyone took his art seriously 😂

I never thought about Kurt Cobain telling us that he didn't have a gun in their hit song. Pretty much figured that he was a sacrifice for Courtney, and maybe the drummer that went on to be successful in the Foo Fighters. Both of them became way more famous after he died. Just saying.
