I was going to mention too. Live in Florida you have to say it correctly. Easy to make too. Take a can of condensed milk, open/remove top, place in a crock pot in a Bain Marie and slow boil over night. Gorgeous, creamy, caramel to use on anything.

The Peanut Butter Twix wasnt replacing the Caramel Twix. Years ago the Peanut Butter Twix was the first Twix. But then they took it away. The one you guys tried is the new remake version of the Peanut Butter Twix. When they first brought it back though they had changed the cookie to a chocolate cookie but finally made it like the original just changed the Peanut butter filling to what it is now. Personally I liked the original Peanut Butter Twix from years ago.

This popped up on my KZread recommend and for like 3 days now I've been binging your videos tasting America sweets

Lots of goodies in that box ... I live in the U.S. and haven't seen most of that stuff. When I was a little girl (many years ago) we would get the Reed's Root Beer Drops ... loved them and sure would love to find them again, though as a diabetic, I'd have to eat them sparingly. Love watching the two of you try all these sweets, thanks for sharing the time with us.

I was absolutely obsessed with the filled twizzlers growing up and ate them by the bag in one go bc they were that good! I always kept them in the fridge bc it would take me longer to chew and savor them 😉

A lot of the older candies remind me of "The Vermont Country Store". They have an online store as well. 😋😋🍬🍭

I'm only up to the Hersheys and I'm drooling thinking about the mint bar. And a chocolate man is a good idea xxxxx

SWEET & SOUR CITRUS & CHERRY FILLED TWIZZLERS BOMB!!!! I can eat the Whole bag! My fave candies!!! Next time you need to eat a red & yellow TOGETHER!!! SO ADDICTIVE!!! Saw them and I was literally jealous it’s 1am and no store is open now or I would go get them lol!!

Peanut butter Twix used to be sold in the US years ago. I’m not sure why they stopped selling it here, but I’m glad to see that they still make it elsewhere. I always preferred it over the caramel.

I love Reed's. They are retro candy and I get them at a cute store called 5 Below (everything is $5 or less in the entire store: geared towards teens but great deals on wide variety of goods)

When I was a little girl in the sixties, whenever we would go on a long car trip, my brother and I would get to choose a pack of Reeds or Regal as a special treat. I believe that Regals also came in lemon, and Reeds in cinnamon as well.

Titanium dioxide is a white powder that's used as a food pigment. The color is stark white, and the substance is flavorless and close to inert. It's legal as a food additive everywhere, although France has banned it starting in the year 2020. Titanium dioxide is also used in paint and in sunblock. "Brut" is a sweetness classification for champagne and other sparkling wines meaning there's very little sugar, i.e. it's dry. Brut champagne is drier than dry or extra dry, but not as dry as extra brut. Considering that, it's pretty funny that a candy is labeled as "brut." I hadn't seen Reed's or Regal candies in years. I really liked them when I was young. I remember them as being like upscale Life Savers.

Hey, Kate and Alex, I was nodding as you talked about Twizzlers. I'm the same, I used to get them from my grandmother as if it was a treat and I would think "is she secretly trying to tell me something" like she doesn't like me ahaha. Me and my sisters would just use them as straws and dispose of them when no one was looking. I think the only time we ate them is when we couldn't taste them which was right after having eaten a hot sausage fo lunch. But one year at school my mother bought these mountain berry pull-n-peels and it was like a punch in the face of flavor and taste. I'm dying, I love dark chocolate so I know that Milky Way would be my new favorite, and I've never seen birthday Musketeers, that sounds awesome too.

It amazes me how different American candy and UK candy is. I never thought it would be so different. These candies are candies that I eat all the time. Maybe it’s bc I grow up with them that I like the ones you don’t. Also, Mars is the company that owns m&ms and Twix. They’re all the same company. So it’s the same peanut butter.

We have freeze dried skittles now. I sell them. They are only found at farmers markets and small events. But very popular whenever they can be found. Would you like to try some and offer them to your viewers. Some of the flavors are super different if you have ever had the normal version

I Love the Butter Rum candies

They used to do dark mars bars with the white filling in the UK when I was a kid, 30 years ago.

I have only tried the rainbow and the pull apart ones, besides the traditional twizzlers my favorite twizzler though is the nubs, have you had those? They are like bite size pieces maybe they are an inch long, but a handful is the best!! Peanut butter m&m’s are the BEST too.....Any m&m is........❤️

I used to love 100 Grand in the 00’s. After they changed the recipe it got nasty. Always too hard to chew.

Loved this video, I liked the commentary and comparisons and I love that you guys liked the peanut butter oriented candies! Outside of America a lot of people tend to find it weird to have something savory in your chocolate. We love salty sweet here so your going to find a lot of peanuts , almonds and other tree nuts in candy bars. Twizzlers are also a popular movie snack and are used as straws from time to time lol. The original flavor is very neutral and are perfect for people who dont like strong flavors and just want something to chew on or don't want to kill thier diets with a bag of fun sized snickers , while the other flavors are tangy and bright as well as fun with the dream sicle and fruit punch flavors so I can definitely see why you like the other flavors so much. Just wanted to let you know I really enjoyed this ! Edit: p.s can you tell us what snacks your families like most of the extras you give away 😊
