Dear Graham, how in the name of physics and gravity can you make those split second decisions and quick turns, all while hammering the throttle and standing on those pegs. You truly have a God-given talent. I was obviously taking a bathroom break when those talents were being handed out, because I ride like a drunken sailor. You Rock!

@@extremeenduro1560 It mainly has to do with being able to "disconnect" your brain, he just looks for the limits either side and the difficulty signs. Quick, simple, efficient. Staying on the pegs and all becomes natural with practice. MX, SX and Enduro is better when you let your reptilian brain take over, start over-thinking it and you'll feel fear, which will slow you down, make it harder on you, giving you even more fear and so on. Also, one other secret is flat out. Always be flat out when possible, it smoothens everything. In case you don't trust me, I ride a lot and I can't progress because I always over-think everything when I don't know it by heart. But when I do I start being confident and apply all those, which makes it lots and lots funnier and more enjoyable.
