Kevin Herndon if i'm guesing correctly, most of these enduro bikes have a much heavier flywheel for more low end power, they are'nt made to rev like a motocross bike, kind of makes the bike sound a little goofy at times i think ....like the YZ Yamaha WR, back in the early 90's (Wide Ratio) had the heavier flywheel for that reason ....

If you have ever ridden a dirt bike for an hour or 2 you know how much your arms and legs hurt if you're jumping or even just trail riding. The amount of strength he has to ride like this for so long day after day is astonishing. Dude must be in tip fuckin top shape! Besides that he has supernatural skills on that bike. he rolls through shit like it aint even there that your typical rider probably could not even make. I'm old but I raced against Dick Burleson once in a National (not HARD Enduro) He lapped me 3 times on a 20 mile race and I think Graham is every bit as good as he was. Look him up if you don't know who he is. Most enduro racers couldn't lift his jock strap...he was the fucking MAN!

Hello Graham Jarvis Media Team Is this Red Bull Series single events and not like a Championship where you add up all the points at the end of season to see who is the Champion? The Hard Enduro Route looked way more dangerous than the Erzberg Rodeo or Romaniacs. Besides the fireroad that may or may not have head on traffic to be aware of you also have to watch out for live stock. Did the organizers tell you guys what to do if you see an anaconda or dangerous animals when riding through those trials? The trails were more like wildlife walking paths rather than a proper trail for an Enduro Event. I have to say 98% of it was uncut at one point Jarvis had to plow through the brush and that make the organizers look bad and not safety conscious. There were not many Marshals/Volunteers or Safety Medical people on the trails so I was wondering did they tell you guys if a rider gets injured how they plan getting aide to them? Graham is an amazing rider with super high endurance that is just amazing

Well, there is no Anaconda or any other kind of dangerous wild life in this part of Brazil where this competition was. It is way far from Amazonia rainforest or any other wildlife spot. This is in the state of Minas Gerais, near the city of Belo Horizonte

still blows my mind how he can read the trail the way he does whilst maintaining those speeds. Its like magic lol

Yeah and as we know the wide angle camera makes it seem slower then he's actually going. I can't imagine going half that speed. Especially for an hour and a half!

Where the hell did he know where to go? :D Sometimes there is no track visible and he's like: "Well ok, lets go through this with 50 miles an hour...Just to be save" That's unrealistic :D

how is it possible to use the clutch like he does, i always need to pull in the hydraulic clutch all the way to the bars to disengage

Most if not all of the races he does would last much longer then a Gopro or helmet cam battery would last, and I'm sure he doesn't care to stop and replace it haha. You will find complete videos of his prologue runs though.

He usually rides a Husky 300TE factory sponsored bike.

Got my dog from a kennel in Minas Gerais.

Dang green spring....around 20:00 the Husky is full of goo! Major altitude or heat issues on this run messing with his jetting. Fire the mechanic???

That's why it was sounding so funny/strange. I thought something was stuck in the shifter and he couldn't get it into gear. Shortly after he was waving his left arm, cramping?, or spider webs? :-)

As I watched this far out ride I had to play Jethro tull's bungle in the jungle,

Dang Graham that is the worst I have ever heard your bike sounding starting around 19:25 sounds like the jetting was wrong for the elevation or something. You could hear the fan running when he stopped for gas which means it must have been running lean and running hot. It looked like he reached down to see if something pulled his choke up at one point...

Most people would have quit the race rite at the beginning, when they could'nt make it up that steep hill with dropoffs rite next to the narrow trail ...these hard enduros are extremely dangerous races, more so than what one thinks, looks cool on KZread but in real life it would make you think....

pira errada ih mano se fode, cê acha mesmo que a RED BULL iria colocar trilha ruim num campeonato mundial ? eles têm condição pra fazer em qualquer lugar do BR e do mundo, se fizeram em minas é porque minas é o melhor lugar. Um dia de prova tem 6hrs em cima dá moto, tu vê 1hr de vídeo e quer dar pitaco errado
