I used to live in Bloemfontein (about 1 1/2 hour drive from Lesotho) and ride here almost every weekend, let me tell you Lesotho is THE BEST place in the world to ride a dirt bike, endless trails from very easy to very difficult and everything in between. But thank god I don't live in Bloemfontein anymore :-)

I would love a commentary by Jarvis on some of these videos. Would be so cool to see what the rider is thinking. Awesome stuff though, its seems way gnarlier when its point to point instead of laps.

It is just amazing how easy it looks when Graham Jarvis drives. He runs so smooth over everything! I guess that`s why he is still top because he doesn`t need to much energy with his driving style. Cheers mate!

Great ride and great job Graham with winning! Terrain looks tuff, keeps you always busy, no time to rest, boulders everywhere. Interesting to see they ride a good part seated when the pace is moderate, maybe to conserve energy cause the day is long.

I don't have much 2-stroke experience but I love how you live in the low rpm's just grunting along. Seems like a very different technique to some others who are on the pipe much more. Calm. Cool. Collected. Calculated. Always enjoy the commentary too. haha "fuckin prick" 50:20

Sounded like he was saying 'fucking pricks' and looked back at the 2 he just passed. Seemed like he was saying it to them, even though they were just cheering him on. I'm sure he was actually just looking back for Gomez and being frustrated he made a very small navigational error

BIR420DY I think Jarvis initially thought the guy was trying to help him and tell him the path was that direction, then realized that wasn't the case and that he had to go the other direction. So Graham thought the guy was fucking with him.

I don't know if you're using a gimble(sp?) for your camera, but it sure looks like your suspension is set up so you have theeee smoothest ride through all of that.

Double GPS yeah. The two orange devices on his handlebars are GPS.

ishya, go to the Red Bull Romaniacs site and check regulations section 5.7. They have a list of allowed GPS devices. You could pick and choose from those. They also have lots of details on how the GPS units are populated before each race. I am not sure which one he carries but it looks like the Garmin eTrex 20.

Backup in case one fails. And if i am not mistaken, one can show the track close and the other zoomed out. But mainly it's to have a backup unit.

This track isn't marked very well at all. I could see he had trouble finding the trail in some areas.
