That’s not healthy, and I highly doubt that it’s possible for him to perform at a Division I level with that body fat percentage. The lowest BFP out of my athletes is 6 percent. I can’t imagine what 1.5 percent looks like.” And dk body fat percentage was measured in a bod pod which can be anywhere from 5% to much or 5% to less so more then likely dk is actually. 6.5% body fat which still makes him super ripped I’m just trying to make sure you don’t get false advertisement😂😂

I try to tell my friends in England that they would be amazed at the size of American athletes. I’ve been here all my life and played sports even in college and everytime I goto an NFL game or even College football game, I’m astonished at the size of these guys while still remaining quick and fast. P Can you imagine if our very best athletes played soccer as their #1 sport. Our CB’s would be 6’6” - 6’11” and would be able to run in the 4.4’s with the top agility in the world. Our ST and attackers wouldn’t be that far behind either. 6’3” wings running 4.3’s. It would be game over in the World Cup.

Ive been saying this for years. MLS needs to grow alittle more and kids need to see that there is major money in the sport and some of the would be football players would move to soccer. In America there is this narrative that is given to kids that if you like sports and are smaller then you are just built for soccer, which just isnt true. Smaller kids usually are more agile but if a kid that is tracking to end up 6'3 and 210 and they train soccer as a kid then the footwork and agility will be there when they grow to full size.

I haven't actually watched the video yet but I was betting that Derrick Henry was gonna be on it and after seeing just a couple of the other comments posted I'm guessing that he definitely is lol. He plays for the team that my husband is a big fan of, the Titans, and so I've gotten to learn quite a bit about him since he came to the team, he's one of my husband's favorite players as well so I feel like I have heard quite a bit about "King Henry" lol. But I have to say, he is definitely some kind of freak of nature, he's gigantic! Which I know a lot of the guys who play this sport are gigantic but of the ones I'm aware of, which I admit aren't that many lol, he seems to be exceptionally large lol. It's fun to watch when guys that are like a third of his size try to bring him down and it looks like he's just trying not to hurt them as he runs them over lol.

American football players have to adjust to the stamina and conditioning of rugby. Many convert to rugby here in American rugby leagues, but have a stamina and learning adjustment. Rugby players have to adjust to the possibility of brute, short bursts of violent contact from any direction on almost every play. It's very difficult to embrace. That has been the biggest difficulty to rugby players making it in American football other than as punters--- which are involved in rare contact situations.
