    Looks good. As said earlier maybe a longer tube or multiple tubes. Why does the jack have 2 handles? Does it really need to be shredded paper? A lot of energy used shredding, surely just soaked sheets will fold down then compress the same way?

    I really like this! People that say I'd rather just use wood is part of the reason why we need to continue to do this! Evidently they don't understand the reason for keeping trees. I think it's great because you get so many papers in the mail on a daily basis and we just throw them in the trash to be put in a landfill. Yes the paper will degrade but why not use it for something! A lot of money can be saved this way if you have the wood stoves/fire places. If you want to save money why not do this? I like it when I can save money and not have to pay big companies tons more money for something I can do myself! Wood should be used for building...not just burning into nothing but ash.

    What is the load capacity of that bottle jack? The reason I ask is because I have a similar hydraulic press, with a six ton load capacity. I'd like to build one of those. And, I already have all of the needed materials on hand I sincerely hope you don't mind if I add this video to one of my Play Lists. This is too good to not share, and all credit will still go to you.

  • @Shindinru

    @Shindinru

    8 жыл бұрын

    +jack sparrow It depends, I've seen jacks that have different diameter pumps, one moves the main cylinder faster but with less power while the other moves it slowly but with a LOT of power. I've also seen very large 100+ ton jacks that have 2 so you can pump both alternately to decrease the time it takes to get it into position.

    Hello arrowsuk1. How would you like to make a log that burns 3 times longer using only the materials you are currently using? HOW? You have to limit the amount of flame the brick is able to produce. A SLOWWWWWW burn... How do you do that? Simple. It will take about 1 hour of tooling. No special parts or pieces, using what you have in your video. Nothing more. Works on the same principle as a candle in either heavy or light wind, but in place of wind, we'll just be concentrating on combustible area of the log you are using. (and it's size, if you want a single big log to burn for up to 3 hours...)
