Thanks. I am very careful and I am aware of the risks, accidents happen when you least expect it. I did some tests with the pellet machine, it works fine, but it needs a bigger engine. After I change the engine, I will also make a protective case.

El proyecto no está terminado. De momento funciona bien con pellets de cereales. Montaré un grupo reductor y un motor de 7,5 kw para producir pellets de calidad para el fuego.

Es un poco seguro ,hay que mecanizarlo más le hace falta un deposito con dosificador de la madera y una envasado en sacadora y proceda a producción en serie.

De momento haré pellets para mi propio consumo. Se pueden hacer mejoras en el camino, se puede hacer una pequeña línea de producción.

Anyone else notice at 4:50-4:54, that the black bucket already contained pellets that they were adding and it was filling the white bucket.

To make the pellets, the mold must be heated. At first, the material is a little wet and the pellets come out softer. In order for the mold to heat up, soft pellets are reintroduced into the pellet machine to remove moisture and the pellets will come out stronger and dry.

Attualmente sto facendo dei test con questa macchina pellet. Devo usare un motore più grande per poter estrarre più pellet. L'elettricità non è così cara. Penso che riscaldare con il pellet sarà più economico che con la legna.

In acest film motorul este de 4 kw la 3000 rot/min. Matrita are 260 mm si peleti au 8mm grosime. Motorul de 4 kw nu face fata. Trebuie un motor de 7,5 kw

The engine is not enough to make a pellet machine. A speed reducer group or a large and a small pulley is required. The speed of the mold must be between 100 and 250 rpm. In this video I used a 4 kw motor. Along the way I made several changes and now I use a 7.5 kw, 1500 rpm motor.

No lo sé. El coche está siendo probado, quiero mejorarlo. El molde tiene un diámetro de 260 mm y, en teoría, dicho molde debería producir alrededor de 200 kg por hora. Le montaré un motor de 7,5 kw y un grupo reductor.

Buna ziua. Cred ca pentru orice masina de facut peleti este necesar un motor de minim 7,5 kw. Conteaza foarte mult diametrul matritei, diametrul peletilor, ce fel de reductor folositi, materialul din care faceti peleti. Eu am testat mai multe motoare. 4kw, 5kw si 7,5 kw. Cel mai bine ar merge cu un motor de 10 kw dar instalatia electrica a casei mele nu suporta asa motor mare.

Part of the process is getting the die hot to drive off moisture. the first round of pellets will need to be run through two or three times in order to get the die hot and the moisture out.

Am facut peleti din cereale macinate si din paie macinate. Ieri am facut focul in atelier cu peleti din paie si ard super bine. Defapt soba racheta nu prea este pretentioasa, merge cu orice arde.

@@BIGPGA Probabil ca sunt tot felul de retete pentru a fabrica peletii si pot face diferite amestecuri. Eu am amestecat paiele cu putina apa si au iesit super ok. La soba racheta se pot folosi si boabe de porumb dar trebuie modificat arzatorul astfel incat sa nu cada boabele din el. Peletii sunt mai marisori si nu sunt probleme. Am vazut soba racheta construita de tine dar as zice sa incerci sa faci una din caramida cu samota si va functiona perfect.

Eu vreau sa imi fac peleti din paie, iarba sau frunze uscate. Sper ca la anu sa trec cu incalzirea casei pe peleti. Lemnele sunt foarte scumpe si este multa manevra cu ele.

​@@DorelBorlea Salut, Acesta este un granulator da facut furaje (hranirea animalelor), ci nu o masina de facut peleti (rumegus, lemn) folositi pentru incalzirea unei locuinte. Diferenta intre cele doua consta in modul de functionare al sistemului de presare. Granulator furaje = rola este fixa, iar matrita se roteste. Viteza de rotatie a axului reductor este de 150-300 rpm. Pret produs nou cel putin 1000 Euro. Masina peleti = rola se misca (creeaza o presiune mai mare), iar matrita este fixa. Viteza de rotatie a axului reductor este de 80-150 rpm. Pret produs nou cel putin 5000 Euro. Daca se cumpara de noua, masina de facut peleti este mult mai scumpa decat cea de granulat. Sistemul din clip are nevoie de imbunatatiri, in primul rand se recomanda folosirea unui reductor, ci nu a unei fulii ce mareste cuplul. Oricum pentru inceput este foarte bine. Bravo! Respect pentru toate proiectele puse in practica.

@@JohnnyCrowStudio Multumesc frumos pentru apreciere. Aveti mare dreptate. Acesta este un granulator si nu intentionez sa fac peleti din rumegus cu el. Granulatorul are un motor de 4 kw si vreau sa il schimb cu unul de 7,5 kw. Atunci o sa incerc sa fac peleti din paie. Am facut cateva teste cu acest granulator si cred ca merge binisor. Posibl pe viitor sa incerc varianta cu reductor de turatii.
