This property is in excellent condition in a fantastic area of Sulmona close to all the attractions. From this location you are 45 minutes to the coast, 25 minutes to ski resorts, 1 hour 45 minutes to Rome (with lots of public transport to get there) and within minutes to many tourist attractions of this beautiful area.

Wow. Superb apartment for the price.
I love the high ceilings and the kitchen is quite nice. The oven is a bit small but, okay. The balcony is nothing to write home about. Again, I love the high ceilings. My furniture would fit nicely in this apartment. It seems to be a very livable place. The only show stopper (not the theater or Church) is the long climb up the stairway to heaven (LOL). The price is just right but I was wondering, can you finance this along with the cost $8000 to have furniture shipped and transported to the house from Las Vegas, NV.?

Watching your newly posted videos is my Sunday a.m. ritual. Makes me so happy. I have friends who have a holiday home in Pietranico and I will be visiting them either spring or autumn next year 🤞. I would like to have a short list of villages to explore for retirement relocation. I would love to see the top floor property you mentioned from the past. Do you recall how long ago it posted? Question: Does Italy not have a mosquito or flying bug problem like we do here in the United States? I ask because so many homes that you show, don't have screens on their windows.

This is in Sulmona which is cold in winter (just google the average temperatures) so it may have less of a problem but I am not sure.

I live in Italy. If you live in the country there are loads of bugs!! First thing we did was put in screens. Most Italian homes Americans wouldn’t want to live in w/o MAJOR. Upgrades

No trees, no greenery, narrow streets and how fun would it be to have to carry your heavy sac or trolley up those stairs every day. You better be fit or at least want to be .
