No kidding! We are seriously enjoying this weather. :)
This is the HOA that sued an elderly couple (husband had MS) for $275K for feeding the ducks. Something that people do at every single park/pond/community in America. But this HOA used abuse of power to enforce this and it cost this couple their home. I bet they are so proud of themselves! #abuseofpower #houstonliving #bridgelandtexas #KathleenRowe

We hear you completely! Our goal is to be as transparent as possible. A higher tax rate doesn't work for everyone, but this range is to be expected with newer communities. It's not uncommon for us to set up home searches using a tax rate filter. We can set a limit as to how much clients are willing to spend.
