I think that she was using the wrong words. Maybe she meant that she wasn't "girly" enough, personality wise, to carry off the second dress. Personally, I thought that, aesthetically, the second dress looked beautiful on her and really suited her figure. But I can understand her not feeling that it matched her personality.

thats the part that honestly killed the whole episode for me i hate it when everyones talkin about the dress and happy then bam random tears and a sap story to ruin the whole excitement like damn man am i watching yes to the dress or a fckn soap opera? i hate it when peoples insecurities ruin a happy moment at least in tv shows lol xD i get all worked up on how gorgeous the dress is and how its supposed to be such a happy day and theres all this fun stuff to do after the wedding then the whole thing is instantly shut down because the bride has insecurities about not feeling pretty enough> like this is so not the time to be fishing for compliments when one is getting married one goes in with a fearless attitude and happy and excited to get married not wanting to cry a river and seek sympathy from others kills the whole freakin show. my point? its just freaking annoying lol make me all sad and shh after being all happy they finally found a dress lol xD crying? aint nobody got time for that lol unless they are tears of joy a sap story doesnt belong in a boutique take the shhh to your therapist

Completely disagree. I don't bring my family along just so they could blow smoke up my ass and say yes to every dress I wear. Being supportive is one thing but if they think it looks hideous on me they I would hope they said so. They're the people I trust the most and if they don't like it then I'm not buying it. Especially if they're chipping in to buy the wedding dress.

It's cause once the veil is on everything becomes real, people start seeing a bride, seeing them(selves) walk down the aisle and getting married

When you are so obsessed with being different you´re normal.

Finally dress we have not seen on the show and it's different as well as pretty. Normally they keep repeating many dresses.

"Not pretty enough." is what people say to women who like to dress casual all the time. Yes, I do have some "nicer" pieces but I rarely wear them because I feel more comfortable in jeans and a T-shirt. I'm pretty sure her fiance likes her the way she is and that's all it matters, not what 'society' thinks she should look like! And yes, she is beautiful, her soul is also pretty. I hope she is happily married now, she deserves it.

I have binged on these videos and from all, quite a lot of them. My favourite bride, the entire entourage is so nice, not because they're not opinionated but because they aren't rude and are genuinely happy for her...

Gopika viswan Yes, she is, but I think what she meant wasn't really about appearance but more about personality, she didn't think the dress suits her because she wasn't a feminine woman and it was such a girly dress. I think she just meant that she was more of an edgy, unusual woman that needs a dress with similarly unique personality to hers. 😊

I guess I have seen too many wedding dresses to consider the princess ball gown unusual. That being said, that last gown was lovely.

I don't know why but with that second dress being shabby chic, I can see someone wearing this with biker boots underneath!

The final dress is soo beautiful... It suits her so well and it's so much prettier than the other ones

I like what she chose! Suits her personality!

I’ve always loved the bohemian look. As a kid, back when wedding dresses were very modern, heavy and chique to me, I always fantasized about an airy slinky dress with fresh flowers in my wavy long hair, dancing around my garden wedding hehe... I would still love that but I have to admit I’ve seen too much of it everywhere... Good thing I’m not getting married :’)

I'm glad she didn't settle for dress number 2. Yeah it was stunning but it wasn't her. The third dress was perfect for her!!!

For everyone with eyes to see, the mom only warmed up to this dress, because she saw her daughter loved it so much. The veil didn't add anything, but time to get used to the dress and find it in her heart to let her dreams for her child go and accept the child's wishes instead. Good for you mom. Love you for it.

I don't get why brides who want a dress that's "unusual" and "unique" go the boutiques that specialize in the usual white wedding dresses. It's rare when I see out of the ordinary dresses on this show.

They say no to all the other dresses, they've tried on so far. Only when the bride says she really wants this one and the entourage agrees and everybody is bubbly happy, they ask 'the question'.

I think I get what she means when she says she’s not “pretty” enough for the second dress. She’s a little more tough and strong looking...a traveler, an outdoor girl...someone who wants movement and light and wind in her hair...not a frou frou girl who wears pink and belongs to a country club...nothing wrong with either type and both are beautiful, but I totally get it.

If you consider my humble opinion, both mom and daughter are very beautiful ladies on inside as well as on outside. God bless you for being kind to one another.
