Well she brought them for opinion, it's good they are being honest. And they weren't too picky, they liked both of the previous dresses. It's her choice in the end, but it's good to have second opinion. My friend also took wedding dress that I advise her not to and she ended up having to change in the middle of the wedding because she couldn't walk in it (the dress was huge, that was my biggest issue with it).

We are all being judged for what we do and wear - not just women. It's human nature to judge each other based on looks (clothes) and actions.

@uwu So what? In general if a man hits a woman people will think it's worse than when a woman hits a man. Men and women are judged differently depending on the situation. In the end we are all judged though and we all judge other people too. You can be happy with what you want - you however cannot decide that other people will think positive of it. You just have to accept that and learn not to care.

to be fair, some designers just go to ridiculous extremes in designing "bridal" dresses. just because someone made a white dress and tossed it in a bridal store doesn't mean it's _bridal._ it's supposed to be the day you pledge your body and soul to one person for the rest of your life, some of these dresses legit look like she's pledging to have a train run on her.

It's fine, it's not that big of a deal.

I stan a bride who is unapologetically herself and knows what she wants. At the end of the day it's about what makes her happy at her wedding.

I love her confidence and how she knew what she wanted from the start. She couldn’t care less what her friends said.
