one of the most interesting, beneficial, inspiring videos i have ever seen in my whole life! actually i am following this strategy since a long time but i need to be more consistent because sometimes i lose interest in learning just to waste time on social media shit news and gossips! people need to consider this strategy in order to succeed, there is no more excuses! the formula is so damn clear! 2 hours a day for 5 days! that is 10 hours out of 168 a week!! i wish for all of you the success!

Not that I disagree with him... from my personal experience and what I have seen in many places, work harder and talk less does not make you any better (at least it is true in Vancouver, Canada). You keep getting more work from your manager, leads to higher chances making mistakes, less time to "socialize" with your manager, less time to have sweet talks with him/her, and make your team players look more competent, and they will get better pay and get promoted before you. It is a toxic working environment. What he says only applies to those who are working with a sensible, wise manager or those who are working for themselves. That is why I left my job and started my own business.

He said that there is no purpose to complaining about the hard times because there is nothing you can do about them. I think that he said the second half of this sentence as a not-critically thought out after thought. I would say that you can't get out of the hard times the easy way, you CAN recognize that these hard times are an opportunity to change something about YOU!

Can anyone help me with this: I always read it‘s better to be process-focused than result-focused. That‘s both the ZEN way and the way of Stoicism. It is also a prerequisite to get into a „flow“ state. Brian Tracy says it‘s all about results, results, results. How solve the contradiction?
