Can we get Dennis Allen in the Coach Accelerator program? That guy is a very slow learner.

We love brian flores here in minnesota and would hate to see him go - he is a great coach.

Would love it if BFlo became to the Vikes what Spagnola is to KC. But I can't imagine him not getting at least one opportunity again to be a HC.

You ask a good question. I suppose if I were an owner I probably wouldn’t. I do think though that Flores maybe got a raw deal. If I’m not mistaken he was the Dolphins coach? And he won a bunch of games in a row at the end of his final season but then was canned anyways? I’m reaching into the memory banks on this one though.

He's a good defensive coordinator. Period.

When did he do well as a head coach? What was his record? How did he treat players? How did he treat the franchise that gave him a HC job? How did he treat his former boss? Actions matter more than race Mike

Mike Florio, would you stand by the idea of only hiring an Offensive Coordinator as Head Coach? Thus tying your QB to the offensive-minded Head Coach for years to come?

Does Flores have a personality problem? I dont know. I have never met him. But it is possible.

He did good as a head coach? 0 playoff appearances, and Tua was looking like a bust till they got rid of him. Not very impressive to me.

I like Brian Flores... I think hegets the most out ofhis players. I do have to say the lawsuit hurts him from this point forward. If I was an owner I want stability and I would not wantto add unessessary risk to my football team. Whether legitimate or not. I must consider that there is now a history of ltagation and he could do yhe same thing again.

Flores raised a ruckus with these lawsuits !! Teams have plenty of problems , so taking on another is not appealing !!!

They will make an example out of him...he screwed himself with his lawsuit......fact...true..

That would actually be hilarious. Considering one of the points he raised in the lawsuit was Bill Belichick mistakenly texting him to congratulate him getting that job, when he meant to text the other Brian.

Despite Mcdaniel adding Terron Armstead, Tyreek Hill, getting healthy Waddle, Adding Bradley Chubb. Mcdaniel spent multiple massive contracts, and sent away like three first round picks for players. And did no better. (He made the playoffs, same record though)

Brian Flores got screwed by Brian Flores. He has a winning record solely because of the QB that he kept trying to bench or get rid of in any way he could. Out of the entire list of QBs who started games under Brian Flores in Miami, only 1 of those QBs has a winning record. The guy he tried to bench while he was healthy, in favor of Jacoby Brissett, for two weeks in a row. And the excuse was he wasn’t healthy enough to be the starter, but he was healthy enough to be the back up if Jacoby went down. And then wouldn’t you know it, in the middle of a stand alone prime time Thursday night game against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, Jacoby got hurt and all those questions that had been being asked about how Tua was healthy enough to be the back up but somehow wasn’t healthy enough to be the starter, all blew up in Brian Flores face, in front of the entirety of the NFL, when Tua came in and played just fine and led them to a win, after not even having practiced or been a part of the installs for that game, and he spent the day playing golf instead. Nobody screwed Flores more than he screwed himself in that moment.

@@HawgWyldFishingThat isn’t true at all. Flores took over a terrible team with a roster bereft of talent. The defense became a top 10 unit within a couple of years and the team had consecutive winning seasons for the first time in forever. Then he was fired. McDaniels record the past two years was the same as Flores record the previous two years. (With one extra game due to 17 game schedule.) Dolphins have lost both playoff games with McDaniels. Tua has proven to be a competent QB but isn’t worth the contract he is likely going to be given. It will be interesting to see if the Dolphins take a step back paying a sizeable chunk of the cap to a mid tier QB. Flores also took a Vikings’ defense bereft of talent at key positions and turned it into a top 15 unit from the 31st ranked defense the year before. He is an exceptional coach.

People hate me and I’ve never even sued anyone. Just sayin’.
