@@iB_pOpN Don't act so dumbfounded. Do you seriously think school is a faster method of learning than Google? School is like google, but 2X slower and with 2X the bullying and indoctrination. In some places the majority of students don't even know how to read. I guarantee they would be better at reading if they just stayed home. Boredom would drive them to learn, and they wouldn't be taught to despise learning. I wouldn't be surprised if school were found to be worse than sleeping because of how much school teaches people to despise learning. It's not too different with college. Rather than spending 30k a year, you can spend $300 a year and learn the same amount. People are starting to boycott college, and I see that as a good thing. Employers will be forced to adapt, and liberals will have one less method of gatekeeping good jobs.

I'm a 26-year-old dude born and raised in Sweden. After graduating high school and moving up to college the whole political ideology shifted within schools to an incredibly left-leaning position. But even during kindergarten up to high school, I remember that they had some incredibly skewed views and ideas on society. But at the time they didn't really try to force their views onto the students. But instead just introduced the concepts and they were always neutral about it. But the second I came into college that whole thing just instantly shifted to almost an alt-left position. Students running around with literally the soviet flag as a T-shirt, the typical stoner, healing crystals, horoscope girls that are bitter at society and men. Luckily I was based enough at the time to straight up deny all participation in the hivemind thinking they had, which resulted in me becoming a social outcast and practically bullied by teachers and students. And let me just tell you that I only spent three years at college, and those three years were the worst years in my life and my worst experience yet in school. And I absolutely hated middle-school and highschool. But I'd rather return to middle school/highschool than that college. I hope that more people like parents, but especially teachers in general stand up against the political lynching that is going on in society right now. It's wrong, vile, and such a bully mentality. I feel so bad for modern kids, always being mentally confused on every front possible.

I work at a middle school, and I gotta say, some of the kids there are very based! One kid in I think 8th grade was wearing a sweatshirt that said “I stand for the flag, and kneel for the cross” Seeing that sweatshirt on someone his age really gave me hope for future generations. 100% wish I remember who that kid was so I can fist bump him and tell him he’s doing good. I hope I see him come into the cafeteria in the sweatshirt again soon so I can say that to him, and tell him to not change. 🇺🇸❤️

I remember when we had a family get together, not that long after Trump won over Hilary, a member of my family was talking about how their daughter cried when Trump won over Hilary and how much it devastated her...I was so confused, I asked, "Why was she so upset?" I was told that my niece was really invested in the election and couldn't understand why people would have voted Trump over Hilary because of all the controversy and allegations surrounding Trump, and how he is too dangerous to be leading our country and that he will destroy America...I was flabbergasted, I looked at them and said, "Are you sure (X) weren't upset because you were upset over the election?" I was told that they were positive it had nothing to do with their beliefs and was purely my nieces views and beliefs, that she is extremely advanced. I then said, "How? She's 3, how can she be that devastated over politics." Then my bewilderment reached new levels when half my family started to verbally attack me for not understanding my niece's pain and suffering. This is when my loathing for liberal cities/colleges in general grew

On that apologizing thing... Parents can apologize to their kids, but it doesn't make us equal to them. Our job is to teach them, to make decisions for them that they can't make. We have more knowledge about the world and ultimately know if something is a bad decision from personal experience. When I was a kid, my mom told me that when I have kids then I'll make the same decisions my parents made for me. I told them "no I won't! I'm gonna let my kids do whatever they want because I'll remember what being a kid is like!". Well, my day has come and my mom was right. I'm more protective of my kids than my parents were of me. I remember my exact feelings when I said that to my mom, and I also know so much more about the world and I've redacted that statement 😂

True in a way. They aren't equal in that sense, of course, parents have duties to guide and discipline (in a humane sense) their children. Your experience does apply to a large whole. Yet that doesn't describe some of the rest, so it's not as straightforward. Our interactions can only be the most accurate with the understanding of the context we look at Well-rounded parents should be able to empathize with their children's genuine needs, and they need to feel they can reason with their parents. This could mean the kids can be taught understanding is effective to get along with others, and they should be able to reciprocate what their parents taught in their home culture as well as outside of that Understanding comes with disagreements. But as long as either one of them have some airtight reasons to do certain ways, why should not both listen to one another?

It’s the teachers’ job to teach the kids. There’s a reason they have teaching degrees and licenses and others don’t. Some parents are idiots and that’s why they don’t have teaching degrees. A parent’s job is to provide for the children. We pay taxes to pay teachers to teach kids. That’s the whole reason they exist. Also, the constitution dictates that everyone is equal.

We will all be equal one to our parents one day, and our children will one day be equal to us, furthermore the tables turn when the elder parent is weaker and the adult child is stronger. That's why it's important to love, respect, and treat our children well. It's them who will one day either care for and protect us in old age, or leave us to deteriorate and pass alone. My mom ragged on every decision I made, moral I upheld, every thing I enjoyed, every human connection I had, all the way up until I left her to live out her days alone while I move on and started my own family. Sometimes I’m having a bad day and get snappy or shout, I’m totally going to apologize because they didn’t deserve that reaction AND not to mention their main example for how to be treated is how we treat them and how we treat each other. They should know that it’s not okay, and that I’m a human and doing my best. If they’re upset because we say no to something I’ll definitely say “I’m sorry you’re so disappointed, this is why we have made this decision….. and someday I hope you understand we are just trying to do what is best” etc. Saying your sorry is so important. We aren’t leveling the playing field, we are showing them that the deserve to be treated with integrity and respect so hopefully they have healthy boundaries and relationships as adults. 💜
