Nice Video brother, keep it up! Zebra danios are really great to have in aquarium. I have them in our home aquariums, and they just look really awesome. Their constant activity and swimming in the top part of the tank adds liveliness to the whole aquarium. I have had zebra danios. Granted never got the glo versions, but electric black blue and gold stripes were my favorites and I loved when I got my first whites (black eyes, not albinos, they still had the gold stripes and blue highlights when not stressed). I hope to get a few of the glo bhettas and zebras for when I get my fresh water tank. Just for a bit of color and fun.

Yes, they aren't dyed or tattooed, they are genetically modified, the original Glofish stock was spliced with the fluorescent traits from Sea Jellies and Sea Anemones DNA, So the Glow trait becomes genetic, as it now Embedded in their DNA.

I just discovered your channel. I live in the United States in the state of tennessee. I am considering starting my first ever aquarium. I definitely know that I want to start with guppies. Of course I only plan to have one tank to begin with and I want to start with just one particular guppy family preferably three females and one male. I will keep looking for more of your video so that I can learn much more before I start this venture. Thank you for your hard work and producing these videos. It’s actually been encoded in their dna by inserting genes of different florescent fish and ocean wildlife into the embryos of the first glo fish so I do believe that is why they pass on the genes when giving birth is because it becomes a part of their genetic make up. I have also heard if you breed two different color glo fish the baby’s will have half of them one color and the other half will be the second color

how can I maintain different strains of guppies with only two small aquariums and multiple plastic tubs? As of now I have one community tub in which there are 4-5 variants and I put the pregnant ones in aquarium to give birth. After they give birth , in two weeks I put the fries in a separate tub to grow But how can I maintain pure guppy variant?

Sir you really need to separate different strain because if you put all of them in 1 tank or tub they will breed each other and that will destroy the line of a pure strain.. example if you have full gold guppy, just put full gold guppies only and no other guppy strain should be in the that tank so thay you will be able to maintain the strain.. goodluck happy fish keeping

3 days you can feed them small amount of egg yolk since they still can not eat brine shrimps because they are tiny

Yes they sometimes do. Buy packaging tape or duct tape then wrap the styro foam. B4 wrapping make sure that the foam is dry.. i wrap mine as well it still leak sometimes but just drop but its okey.
