    Great to see you back Shane Love ALL yur workouts and do them faithfully. Injured in military and can't do weight bearing exercises. Started rowing last Jan 2023. Sorry, but can't afford to join The Crew. Retired and counting every cent. Thanks for being there.

    Hey man. Just wanted to say that I'm really liking this new video format and I really appreciate the effort that you put into your videos! I met with an accident while biking a couple of years ago, and ended up breaking 4 bones (wrist, elbow and ankle). I turned to rowing as it's low impact and high intensity which was perfect for me to get into, given my condition. I've been following your channel for a couple of years now, and your videos have been very helpful for a beginner like myself to get into rowing. Thanks again, and as always I look forward to your new videos. Cheers!

    I have any workouts I’ve posted on YT in there ad free, and we do have live classes like Yoga etc, but we don’t have just a bunch of recorded Peloton style workouts.

    Is it better to inhale with the drive or exhale with the drive? I generally exhale as I drive back and inhale for recovery but now I'm that meme at the beginning. 🥴

    ​@sol756db He does- 1. Inhale at start of pull 2. Exhale at end of pull 3. Inhale at start of recovery 4. Exhale at start of recovery Faster breathing rate.
