Forget that. I think Kevin is a resentful piece of shit. On the cusp of a product launch why would he mouth off and fuel low confidence in a company that he is invested in? I believe he is resentful because this pivot is probably the brain-child of Mark Cuban who from the beginning wanted a lion's share of the equity between the sharks just so he could have a strong say on pivoting the company according to his vision. The poor entrepreneur, who is caught between the politics and egos of the 5 sharks, appreciates Mark's advice above all the others and has taken it. That's why Mr. shitty has his panties in a twist about a $4.2mil revenue on a $125,000 investment. Fuck this guy who can't bury his ego for the benefit of a company that he has a percentage of. And I know that he will give you all the rationalizations in the world for why he has a right to be pissed and he is probably deluded enough to believe them. I just see him pouring cold water over all the enthusiasm and happiness on the face of this very deserving entrepreneur and probably ruining the rest of his day and his confidence when presenting his company at least momentarily.

If he really believes his investment is in jeopardy why doesn't Kevin put his money where his mouth is and sell off his 3.75% in the company which at a $50mil evaluation is worth $1.875mil which is 1500% ROI for him. I am sure he will find plenty of buyers. Then his words will at least carry some weight. Right now he just sounds like a gas-bag full of farts
