Breath work and yoga practice.

Find some space and bring yourself into a seated comfortable position.
Sitting up straight out of your hips and lower back to strengthen the muscles around the lower back. Keeping the core engaged by drawing the belly button in toward your spine.
Relax shoulders and bottom half of the body but keeping the core muscles active.
Start to watch your breath come in through your nostrils and out of your mouth, softening your lips. Breathe in this way until you feel calm.
