Knew this from the beginning. What I didnt know was that she was in the first room after you cleared the Grand Church.

How could anyone dislike this?

IIRC this is simpler to access after the big fight, when Bando is empty. I always got the holy shaman. And the chests, and I remember the people locked away. But! After the main fight, those two bosses are gone, and you only walk into empty rooms, which is all I'd ever seen until just now. So, pre-battle, harder to access, but minibosses. Post battle, easier to access, no bosses.

You can actually enter rooms 5-8 with Necroman dead? The original Dragon Tear post as far as I can remember, was insistent that it wasn't possible.

Oh shit, you're right, I just tested it with the fast forward button. Not only do the extra rooms open up, but the jail cells are also unlocked. I have the strategy guide for the Japanese version and it never mentions the extra room or fights before or after you killed Necroman. I'm gonna make a video of it later to show the dialogue for it.

that's quite a secret indeed! I played this game like 6-7 times maybe since its release and never found this. Funny thing, I just finished it again today and found this video. Ah, I guess I have a reason to play it again one day! I always found Seny the other way (after Evrai) but now I will do this trick in my next playthrough because you can have good end game fusions with her for Evrai. ;-)

This is my favorite game, played it 20 times & never knew.

What really vexes me is that many people didn´t know about this, and even on the internet there isn´t much information about this either. I´m surprised because I play this game since the 90´s when it appeared, and I found this trick since that time, and until now I thought that was the only way to get seny. Actually what I didn´t know was that seny appeared in the first room after Evrai in the case you missed her the first time. Wonders of life.

I never even knew how to get most of the shamans. A lot of what they designed is crazy. Like having to pray exactly 20 times to Namanda before going back to Brand's mom's house.

This game is one of my favorite games ever. Finished it dozens of times. when i was a kid I remember looking for where to go next when stuck in Gamepro mags but other then that i never went and looked for secrets like this. End yeah i never new this one existed. Also i have no idea how he did the debug screen...

Star Shield and Crimson Clothes, I believe. This game's awful translation makes it VERY difficult to understand the difference between clothes and cloaks. If you have the Crimson CL and you can't equip it to your accessory slot, than it's clothes. If you can equip it to your accessory slot, then it's a cloak.

What's the explanation here? I just completed this part and did practically the same thing but when I went into each door as it expanded I only got one empty room, one chest, two cages of people then the passage to the priest... I'm not understanding how you're getting different results

When you stand on the button, the door moves to right. Under normal circumstances, it only moves 4 times. When it's at the 4th position, you have to stay on the button for like 3 minutes straight for it to move right again. I think you can stand on it after you extend it past Necroman's door until it extends to the last, last door. Might have to map it out at some point.

If it was, there would be more info on the warrior fight. Also I have the strategy guide for the gba version and it didn't have it either.

That's how the save file I got from, I think, Zophar's Domain came. it was one that hadn't fought Necroman, who needs to be alive for the 4 secret extensions to even work. All I did was download it, got to Bando and worked from there.

Clownman, I always bring Bow, cause he's the best healer l. I used to not bring Sten, but then I realized that if you let Ray give him Cure 2, he becomes an awesome multi-facited healer. (I never take revive.)

Kat is a great healer early on, when you don't have Bow or Rand, but you have to stock up on herbs. She goes 1st 99% of the time. I prefer Nina to Bleu, but Bleu is all slightly better. So I t would take Nina, Bow, and Rand or Sten. I either give Cure2 to Nina or Sten.

I read about it on the old Dragon Tear forums and it's pretty obscure since I never found anything like it mentioned on Japanese websites for the game either.
