Louise you are a great tonic you never fail to make me smile, again some comedy moments starting with going, down the down😂and then up the down😂if only you could have gone up the up😂. Then we have the usual discombobulated moment with your directions which I love, please never learn to use a map😂I just love the delivery I always feel like you are on the verge of the giggles, even the issue with rucksack at the end made me smile. What a lovely walk Louise - I would love to do this one too! I can imagine this beach would never get busy - it’s huge! Amazing views here and love the chilled out cows! This is another walk on my ever growing list !

What a super walk Louise - it is always breezy up there! You are rewarded by fab views though. I didn't know that about Flat Holm and being administered from Cardiff! Very interesting! A really great explore and wander. Paul

Hi Louise. You were almost blown away up there on the downs. You can always tell by the shape of the trees which way the wind normally comes from. Quite unusual to see cattle with cow bells around their necks. They help to find the animals in foggy weather. I'm afraid that climb would be a bit too much for me!

I aslo got muddled up but never made it. I walked for ages but only on the top and didnt see it down below. Anyway I have seen it thanks to your video lol it was very windy and also cold when i went so thats my excuse
