7 years ago, I begged people to listen to me. Seeing the people they were putting in office with these agendas, I knew this would be the outcome. I propose that We the People have a say over the Senate when they act like this in the case of Secretary of Home Land Security Impeachment Trial or when a Senator needs to be Impeached out of office, That a Tribunal, made up of the Govenors of all 50 States and Territories would be conviened. Once the Senate refuses to hear the Impeachment Decoration from the House of Repersentives. Then this Governor Tribunal will gather and hear the evidence from the House and will rule on either remove or not enough evidence has been established to convict. Either way, the People will be guaranteed that the Impeachment Process is followed through to its conclusion. This might take a Constitutional Convention to change the rules of Impeachment, but that is another reason to hold one.
