Consequences NOW! These public servants should be forced to answer questions directly, candidly, and honestly. They have a higher standard than the general public and operate at our service, with duty to US. They pledge an oath of office, above and beyond the regular responsibility of the general public and should not receive the same protections as the general public. They are all high paid by us and have a duty to give honest account of their work, activities and anything asked of them. I'm so frustrated by all these witnesses giving garbage answers, hiding behind crafty legal replies and having to face zero consequences! We pay your salary while most of us are struggling, really bad might I add. You have a duty to honorably respond in FULL, with honesty and dignity.

He then committed treason and dereliction of duty as commander in chief on 1/6/2021 choosing to watch how his failed coupe played out on WH tv instead of helping to protect people inside from the mob he incited to attack the US Capitol OR assist law enforcement in ANY way FOR OVER 3 HOURS! Unauthorized practice of law (UPL) is almost always considered to a misdemeanor which would be enforced at the state level, somewhat ambiguous in its definition, and is rarely even enforced except in the most egregious of circumstances. Typical UPL charges would be representing someone else in court or writing and fling legal papers on their behalf when you are not a licensed lawyer. Did Lina Khan do either of these things? Please answer yes or no. Update: I checked and it turns out that, even when a lawyer is delinquent in paying their bar dues in New York, he or she can still practice law! Other states may vary, but Khan's law license is from New York.

@@robertrodriguez9984 first, let me tell you that I understand your frustrations. But, every time I see/hear someone say this, I ask one question... "How?" Did you ever stop and think about "how" this would be accomplished? First of all, federal taxes are automatically deducted from your pay before you even get the check, and there is no way to stop this. Second, even if you could do this, they have countless ways in place to get that money from you, one way or another. So, what's your plan? It's just such a silly thing to say, because it's just not possible. So the next question arises... what else can the population do? Sadly... nothing. Globalist elites have spent many decades now, studying all the different ways populations have protester/revolted in the past, and they've been slowly setting things up in ways which makes it pretty much impossible to do any of them. All of it done quietly in the background, as they constantly bash the minds of the population with brainwashing propaganda to distract and over time, emulsify the population. What most see as laughable incompetence, has actually been a well thought out, and ever evolving plan by people who have a much higher intellect than most in general society. Some of those distractions have been to create traps to make life easier and more enjoyable to the population... credit cards was one... Instant gratification, the ability to live beyond one's actual means Just so many of the things which have brought general society comfort and ease, have been part of the process of emulsifying that very population. All to the point where the average person just isn't willing to risk any personal sacrifices or inconveniences, in order to stand up for or actually fight for the rights and freedoms they subconsciously traded for that comfort and ease of everyday life.

except, was it..? Hear me out. sweet baby jesus. it would be better for everyone if you familiarized yourself with the logical fallacy called the false dichotomy why does she, the ftc chairperson, have to have a current law license? THE FTC IS LAW ENFORCEMENT, not a District Attorney's office A quick Google gives:"Counsel. The term legal counsel is a general term for someone who gives legal advice. Though the term is sometimes used interchangeably with lawyer or attorney, it often specifically refers to someone who is trained in law, and who works in-house for an organization or corporation. Attorney vs Lawyer vs Counsel: What are the Differences? Attorneys, lawyers, and counsels have all been educated and trained in law. As explained above, attorneys must pass the bar exam, and practice law in court. Lawyers may or may not have taken the bar exam, and may or may not practice law. Counsels provide legal advice, and often work for an organization or corporation. The terms are often used interchangeably in everyday speech, despite the differences in meaning." -onlinemastersoflegalstudies. com . -former Republicans

@@jhor729 Doesn't really apply to most questions asked by Republicans, cupcake. Biden people refuse to plainly answer questions that would make the cult look bad. Look into any of the hearings where pro-abortionists were asked at what point should abortion be illegal. One dingbat activist couldn't even say that two years outside of the womb would be murder for an abortion doctor. She just kept responding with, "Thank you Senator for that question. I am proud of my service at the blah blah institute and I believe these decisions should be made between a woman and her doctor."

@@jhor729maybe you should familiarize yourself with another philosophical theory called occam’s razor. And if your going to tell people to read some philosophical nonsense, at least call it the right thing, the false dilemma fallacy. No one is calling it false binary or false dichotomy these days. Also, not every dilemma is fallacious. How do you know this is a fallacy?
