Sorry, but what do you mean by 'mood'? Maybe, my English is bad. But I thought mood is a temporary state of mind or feeling doesn't say anything about someone's personality. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm trying to understand why people say 'mood' when they desire something.

@@el_teodoro hahah, its fine, dont worry about it, your english is good, its kind of like a slang? I guess, its when you relate to something like a certain feeling or action, you say oh wow thats a mood like you can totally feel what the other person is talking about and you relate to it. Mostly used when you find something relatable because you go through/do it alot i guess? Best example i can give you is how you doubted your english skills for a second because of the recent slang words, that is a mood for me because when i first started learning english people used many abbreviations online and i couldnt keep up hahah 😂 youll get used to it as time goes by

Just a lil FYI for anyone curious about Ciguatera. BEWARE of the toxin Ciguatera. It is both tasteless and odorless. It does NOT cause the fish to have have any strange nor strong odor. Ciguatera is extremely heat resistant. Cooking seafood that has Ciguatera will NOT destroy the toxin. For some strange reason you can test for it by using a cat. Strangely, Cats can detect Ciguatera and Saponin by smell and will not even touch it. Ciguatera toxin is found mostly in predatory fish (Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, Barracuda etc), that hang around Reefs in temperate waters, preying on the small fish that have ingested the bloom of micro-algae (Gambierdiscus toxicus) that contains the toxin. Open water migratory fish like Tuna and Mahi-Mahi don't get the toxin. An old-salty rule-of-thumb is, to never eat predatory reef-fish (especially Barracuda) during any months that do NOT have an "R" in the name, like May, June, July and August, when that type of algae blooms the most.

They definitely do. Especially Japanese from the south can have strong "Osakan" accents. I forget the other names for this accent but it is much more macho and "tough guy" sounding and whenever you watch an anime or Japanese movie the generic bad guy grunts will typically have an Osakan accent for this reason. Especially in the Yakuza video games this accent is very prevalent.

Im not japanese, but my family normally dip vinegar and water for 20 mins to get out of fish smell. I wonder if you can try that if it doesnt distrub the shabu shabu taste. Or maybe rinse it again in water after you dip it into vinegar water so it doesnt have that vinegar taste. I also learn things like pouring boiling water to the fish slowly to get out the smell but not cooked it or using lime to get out of fish smell thanks to internet. I proably wont ever eat a fish as big as this, but thank you for the video, its really entertaint me and i dont even realise 25 mins has passed.
