We've used this griddler for a variety of items including steak, fish, vegetables kzread.infoUgkxMcXT6_MuT0hB3ejyGQQHaeof9bwoWPUf and mushrooms and it's been great! Gets that great smokey flavor when using high heat or sear. The grill works amazingly simple and very low smoke for what it is. Heat gets up fairly quick, especially on closed position. The griddler side is fairly simple, better for eggs and pancakes rather than any cooking. Use the flat plates with the grill side if needed.Cleanup is easy and having heat on both sides is great for cooking a large amount or panini press. This definitely gets hot though so be careful with the sides.

I see a lot of comments about the hash browns and sausage being pre- shredded and the sausage being pre-cooked. These guys are cooking a lot of food for a lot of hungry people, especially kids, so you have to cut corners where you can or they would have been there at the grill a lot longer and food probably wouldn't be as good. Aside from being Pats fans, you guys did a great job. Awesome.

Chucky chuck, Thank you for commenting . Funny that you enjoyed that tip. It's the one thing people have been killing us over because we didn't use the right term. If your ever talking about in in front of your buddies apparently it's called " basted eggs" . If you call it by anything else you will be trolled for years to come. Lol Glad you enjoyed and thank you again for commenting . Definitely hit us up if you have any suggestions for cooks or tips for us as well. As you said, got to keep on learning.

Nice job! Everything looks great! Added tip: Unlike with grills, it is very important that wherever you move or rotate the Blackstone, make sure it is nice and level before firing it up. I noticed that the eggs were giving you trouble. Check it with a level if you have to. This is very important when working with things like eggs or crepes. If you make sure it is level first, maintaining better control over the eggs will be much easier.

Hi there Griddle Guys. Thank you very much for the video. I certainly learned a few tricks. Especially steaming the egg for over-easy. I am going to use that one. Most BBQ's in New Zealand are set up with a griddle (we call it a hot plate) and a grill. I have gone a step further and have a large BBQ for each. So I have got plenty of Griddle real-estate to try some of your methods. Great Video.

My daughter just bought the four burner model for my son-in law for Father's Day, but in truth she wanted it for herself. She invited me for dinner last night and she whipped up Philly Cheese stake sandwiches complete with caramelized onions, bell peppers and toasted buns for 10 people; and she did it in less than 20 minutes. I was amazed at how quick she did it!! And to boot they were delicious!!!

nice job. I always leave the scrambled eggs a bit "wet" looking when pulling them off the heat. Eggs will continue to cook from the residual heat, so pulling them off a bit wet will ensure that they are not too dry.

Thanks for checking out the channel Joe! I hit yours, I like it! We have camp chef propane smokers that we love. It's tough where we live to regulate temp using charcoal and/or lump wood alone. The propane takes alot of the.... pain out of it! Keep on cookin bud!

The best food critics are the ones that are hungry and not allowed to leave the house 🙂 Good luck and thanks again. Best wishes to you and your family. Be safe
