1:12 - 1 egg, mozzarella
1:15 - Cover with the cutout bread and cook until the bottom is cooked

Green onions 1 bunch
Mozzarella 100 g
Bacon 50 g
Butter 50 g
Bell pepper flakes
Salt, pepper
🧑‍🍳Cooking steps:
Chop the onion, chop the ham.
Make a hole in the bread with a glass
Start toasting the toast in butter on one side. Pour onion and ham into the hole - stir. Crack 1 egg, gently stir in the yolk sticks. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper flakes. Cover with a cut-out round of bread.
