0:30 - Pepper to taste
0:41 - 1 glass of warm milk
0:50 - 1 glass (200 g) of instant oatmeal
0:56 - Baking soda, 1tsp
1:00 - Mix well
1:07 - Chili flakes optional
1:15 - Mozzarella, 100 g
1:41 - Oil a pan
1:47 - Pour oatmeal mixture in the pan
1:53 - Garnish with sesame seed
1:58 - Cook until golden brown on a low/medium heat
