Dr. Joe Dispenza is an international lecturer, researcher, corporate consultant, New York Times bestselling author, and educator who has been invited to speak in more than 33 countries on 6 continents. As a lecturer and educator, he is driven by the conviction that each of us has the potential for greatness and unlimited abilities.
In his easy-to-understand, compassionate style, he has educated thousands of people, detailing how they can rewire their brains and recondition their bodies to make lasting changes. His most recent book, Becoming Supernatural, talks about how we can intentionally change our brain chemistry to initiate profoundly mystical, transcendental experiences and develop a more healthy body, mind, and spiritual life.
I’ve had Dr. Joe on The School of Greatness a couple times now, and I was so excited to have him back on today. We couldn’t meet in person due to the coronavirus, but we conducted a video interview together that I think you’re really going to enjoy. If you haven’t already, check out our past interviews (Episode 826 and Episode 679) - they are all really applicable to what we are going through right now.
In the hard times we are currently facing, it is so important to take a moment to refocus our minds to prevent ourselves from spiraling into anxiety. Anxiety and depression can chemically change our bodies and even suppress our immune system, and now more than ever, it’s important for us to keep that from happening.
Attitude is everything. When we do feel anxious, there are things we can do to recenter ourselves and raise our consciousness to a higher level. To learn how join me on Episode 933 with the incredible Dr. Joe Dispenza.

It's amazing how these things he is teaching shouldn't have been a mystery to the Christian community bcs not a single thing he is discovering isn't already revealed in the scriptures, eg look at JOSHUA 1:8 and soo many other scriptures about tapping into this quantum physics, yet the fact that leadership of the Christian community has been taken over by amateurs and people who've got no business to be leading the faith is the problem.

YES. Dr. Joe will one day be viewed in a category with people like Nikola Tesla, Ghandi, Nelson Mandela, etc. He single-handedly filled in all the gaps in the human understanding of the quantum field, and bridged the gap between science and mysticism. He has used science to prove an incredible amount of ancient Mystical Teachings and will ultimately sooner or later change the world. If not he himself, the work he leaves behind will change making forever in their evolution of consciousness. 💯🙏🕉️

I had been in a place where I had contracted Bell’s Palsy, I was having quite mind set of truly committing suicide, I had got to an end... thank goodness for my being & Divine caught me with a KZread AD with some lady on a train & the words felt creepy because it was literally speaking directly to me... I kinda freaked out for a minute, then I clicked on it, and some lady was interviewing this guy, and when he (Dr.Dispenza) said “if you think your thoughts can make you sick, ( Yes!! they were making me super sick) then he proceeded to say, “then know your thoughts can also make you well”. For me, that literally rocked my soul! I immediately listened to the rest of his interview & found him on KZread & started listening to everything he was part of, bought his book Breaking the Habit of Being Youself, and did his meditation every day at 4AM because he said it’s better time, I was in it to win it! And I have not stopped since Started Dec 2018 to Current My life today is ( words don’t do it true justice) Amazing, in health, relationships, money, time So GRATEFUL THANK YOU Dr.Joe Dispenza 😁

In 2017 something happened which literally forced me to grow spiritual and expand to be able to carry on with life and comprehend what happened and to deal with the immense excruciating pain which followed as a result of the trauma. Discovering few spiritual and scientific leaders, listening daily to videos and reading lots of books kept me hanging on to life but I still was far from healing and experiencing the joy and happiness I once had. Until lockdown April 2019. For the first time I had time to reflect and think about why I still couldn't get over it and suddenly it kind of hit me. I still reacted to life and situations, despite learning so much in the last 3 years. I realized that I didn't practice what I knew. Theoretical I knew so much, but I didn't practice it. Now with my breakthrough in my mindset I am literally a new person who experiences joy and happiness. It's a different happiness. Difficult to explain but I'm sure you know what I meant to say. Anyway, I just want to say thank you. I'm so grateful for all the leaders out there... #Greatness - greetings from sunny South Africa

@@giorgioverigo3952 there were many times where I couldn't be proactive and productive and wasted time because my mindset was still dealing with the past. I longed for closure, I needed to understand but it was a dead end. The first conscious realization was that I don't need closure because I will never have closure and running after that will take me into depression. So, I realized that I am not responsible for other people's actions. I don't have to understand. It is not my duty to try to understand but it is my duty and I owe it to myself to look after myself first and not let happiness and joy depending on any people or circumstances but accept what happened, accept the situation, recognize for what it is and let go consciously like closing that chapter. Then I realized that if I still react emotionally it means that the person or situation still controls me, has control over me. That means that I am not in control of myself but others are. I knew that I had to work on this so I started to recognize that people with a negative mindset, and negative situations I find I myself in, are a great exercise for my own mindset to live more consciously in the presence and to stay in alignment. If I still react with my old mindset I was constantly out of alignment and nothing good comes from that place. I now take such situations as an exercise for my mind. Similar like you exercise physically and you endure muscle pain but you know that this pain leads to a great body and healthy lifestyle. Negative people are important because they are challenging us and bringing us forward in personal and spiritual growth. I also started to allow myself to be upset and sad, to recognize that moment and let it go past like you are sitting on a bench and watching the cloud coming, you recognize the cloud and you let the cloud pass. I also realized that thinking led to creating more problems because I would assume things and as I knew that thoughts are a habitual thing and because I had a lot of unhappy and devastated emotions and thoughts it was still active in myself. Therefore I had to change a lot within myself that this habitual thinking could stop and this allowed me to change or take control over my mind. Today I still have occasionally such thoughts but I now recognize what it is and I am aware of this which allows me to change my mindset immediately and to quieten such thoughts. I so much more live in the presence and don't react emotionally as I am still dealing with the ripple effect of the past. I don't give that person power over myself anymore and since that I have developed even more passion for life and I became more humble meaning that the urge for fighting against injustice is still there but I don't have feelings like revenge and hate which would have destroyed me in the longer time. Each day is a practice day for living consciously and as I practice and practice it changes the habitual way I used to think. I am so much more in alignment and in love with myself that incredible things started to happen in my life. Since I changed my mindset and react differently I cannot explain the happiness and joy I have inside me which is so fulfilling that I run out of the English vocabulary 😍 I now control my mind and therefore my thoughts. Before my mind and thoughts controlled me if it makes sense. I wish you all the best in your journey of life and stay healthy and safe.

Feeling is the secret and if you are feeling bad (fear anger etc) you aren’t going to be manifesting any desires anytime soon. Be an actor not a reactor. Yeeeees! After McKenna & Bandler, Joe Vitale, John Assaraf I finally finded Dr. Dispenza meditations and books. My life finally become change, I was frustrating and hopeless that all that meditations and positive thinking secrets before doesn't worked and I see myself stucked in life in the same mode every day wasting my life, my talents, stay in depressing surviving mode - earn vs spent money and waiting for another call, watching TV and YT all days... After I started listening Dr. Dispenza's meditations something small started changing in my heart, my old life is still fighting to come back every day, but finally I can see some changes and I am the winner untill I fight with my old behaviours. If meditations and "let go" mode you can treat like a fight ;) It is battle for better life. Thank you Lewis and Joe, you are my light in the dark tunel ;)
