Everything you could ever want can be found in everything you do... without the ego. It is the ego which holds the seeds to evil.

I loved it too.... It's so weird how words can be art. Ultimately what this means is admitting and accepting powerlessness over everyone, but ourselves, of which we struggle with the most, which should really say something to ourselves about how much "dominion" we can have over others, given how much we struggle with our own humanity. Powerlessness is something that I've definitely had to learn in recovery (codependency), but I still struggle with it all the time ( "if I'm good enough then they'll..." "If i say this just the right way they will accept/understand...".) However, hearing about powerlessness, in the way Russell said it, is a lot more resonating for me at the moment, and that's okay because I am/we're all human and need some creativity/beauty in our words in order for things to sink in sometimes 😆

In fact the very definition of an act of evil, is exercising dominion over others. We are humans with souls and minds, not robots to be switched on or off or told what to do. We have free will and the moment we give that right up for anything... We will no longer be Human enough, to have any Human rights.

This is all in the Bhagavad Gita. Meditation, Yoga is all part of Hinduism. But it’s not fashionable so people always refer to Buddhism . They don’t look to see where and how Buddhism originated . That it comes from Hinduism. That was very powerful Russell . I really enjoyed it . Thank you. I’d like to know more about your tattoos .

Umm..kindly disagree..Buddhism is not a religion/cult..the buddha though born in a Hindu family and practiced all the 7 jhanas, did not find that it got to the root of suffering and thus went deeper and gave us a way to observe breath and find the connection between mind matter phenomena. It was called vipassana.. 500- 1000yrs later the word "baudh" came in as the technique got polluted and so called saints, disciples started to gain monetary benefits.. and now in the 19th century it got translated to Buddhism/being a Buddhist.. the buddha strictly kept preaching that this is a way of life and not to convert into religion or idol worship which is what hinduism and other religions are involved in

I've been meditating for years to manage my M.E. (CFS) and in recent years I've stepped up my yoga but a month ago I incurred an injury at work (Grinder over my big toe!) which has knocked me for six because I've been unable to practise my yoga and as a result completely lost my routine and crashed. Also like yourself I am in recovery so it has been extremely difficult. During this last year however you've introduced me to some fantastic new meditation techniques that have kept me stable and brought me back from the brink of a relapse. I feel these mantras create space in my mind when it feels cluttered and burdened with dark thoughts which gives me the strength of mind to either contain them or change them altogether, it's quite instantaneous too so thank you Russell! Namaste ❤

♥️♥️ sending you love. I have CFS and the thing that’s really helped me immensely was taking ashwaghanda root powder. I take at least a teaspoon or a tablespoon everyday and it truly brings me back to life. I couldn’t even go for a walk or shower before without breaking down in tears from the fatigue. I couldn’t even be around ppl. I’m like a new person now. Maybe it could benefit you too 🙏🏼 blessings

@@luckycherry4 thank you! I usually micro dose LSD when I have crashes to keep me going but have no access to any at the moment, however, mushroom season is just about upon us. I usually have one big trip a year to maintain my mental health and curb my addictions which works the same way as ashwaghanda, mescaline also works. I've managed to maintain my fatigue so well with meditation and yoga for the past 10 years and so the last month has been unbearable and feel like I'm back at square one. These new meditations that Russell has been posting has been a god send and hopefully I will be able to get back to the yoga soon and get some mushrooms for a reset. Thank you so much for your kindness. ❤

@@trollsneedhugs thank you for your kindness! I became fully vegetarian about five years ago and found my heath improved greatly so I'm going to stick with it for the time being. That being said I have not been offered the vaccine yet but received a response from my MP today who is going to look into why this has not happened. I've had thrombosis in the past too so I'm quite anxious but not unwilling about the vaccine. I've read many people have had relapses after the 1st dose so if this happens I will try anything to get back to a stable state and will take your advice very seriously if and when that happens. Diet does seem to play a very important roll with CFS, it's scandalous that the medical profession has been silent on the subject for so long and it's only through communicating with other sufferers that we get any relief. My thoughts are with everyone suffering from the condition during this time because of the way we have all been marginalised. Have you had the vaccine yet and if so how did it effect your symptoms?

@@Drew_Hurst I had my 1st dose, I was floored for the 1st week but took @Diary of a Curvy Girls advice and took an Acid tab I had stashed for emergencies, I felt better the next day!!! I am still getting waves of fatigue but that was happening before the vaccine so I think it is just stress related. Hopefully the second dose won't be so bad but If so I will try the same method, I was really surprised how instantly the effects went away and don't think it is coincidental. Alarmingly when I went into the drop in centre and told the doctor of my troubles, ie not being offered the vaccine, he was outraged, he went into the computer system which said a letter was sent out to me on the 10th of May, this did not arrive and I suspect I am not the 1st this has happened to by his response. He went on to say the GP surgery, the GP and any of the MPs I contacted could have made one phone call and said the system is completely broken. The Doctors and Nurses at the hospital are so kind and dignified the disparity with GPs is startling. This last week I have been meditating every day and doing a half hour of yoga so I'm feeling a lot better mentally and physically. Thank you for enquiring Drew, all the best to you too! How are you doing @Trollsneedhugs ?

Now it still took me years to be Reborn and when it happened I started just being able to tell whenever someone was lien to me like all the time. So I knew the Holy spirit had entered into me with all my being. I notice you said Our Lord so he said can't serve two masters. God bless

According to your words I think I have mastered myself quite awhile ago and to think a quarter a century ago in the midst of spiritual awakening and no way of finding information about it back then and now I find the answers…so I learned something new about myself today and your vibrational voice is so strong I could feel myself vibrating to it…that’s what I like so much about many monks chanting their vibrations just about lift you off the ground…awesome and good luck with your kitties they are so much fun and birth no matter human or animal brings with it some amazing stuff…I loved helping my mumma cat have all her kittens and played her water meditation music to calm her and then playing with them they all lived in my room so I could watch them grow up to be little terrors. Life amazing😻

Love your KZread Channel. My goal on mediation is to be able reach the state of completing Relaxation as if I am still sleep while still being aware. The reason is I feel when we are that relaxed our minds and spirt are able to communicate on a different level. This is why I also believe that we need to learn how to control our body wants, needs and emotions. The more we feed our flesh the stronger it gets but if we feed the spirit we are able to control our body wants and needs. Through this we can gain a higher consciousness.

Thank you Russell, I had cancer since I was 33 now 67 and had so many operations that I've lost count now I'm due to a new one where they will take my femur out completely as its crumbling and put in a titanium one, 15 hours op, but my son introduced me to your site and I've been going the exercises with you and with Wim Hof and I have to say I'm feeling much better and less agitated, so thank you so much for your help, Diana

"operating on the frequency of the mind of God" I think that is pretty damn close. It's magnets not magic. from a single molecule to the interactions between galaxies, magnetic frequency is the key to understanding it all, a true unified field theory. Nice to know that someone has been doing their homework.

Your meditations daily helped me put cigs down for the longest time that I have for a while. One day I want to meditate for an hour daily. I’m working my way there. Having the visual made this much more powerful. Great video.
