Morgan did belonged to a big label for a while but didn't feel comfortable doing that. Nowadays she has her own label cause she don't wanna compromise. She wants to do what she wants and has obviously no desire to become a like million-copies-selling-artist.

It's awesome how changing the style of a song almost gives the song a different meaning. Great job!

to me, this really make the lyrics sounds so better and more meaningful! just like she did on Maroon5's Maps cover. I can hear all the lyrics clearly and the meaning, too, with her & all the musicians' interpretation!

Continually shocked by Morgan's vocals! Outstanding!

At this point I am so mesmerized by Ms. James' enchanting voice she could sing about buying groceries and i would listen to her for hours. Great backup vocals blended perfectly with Morgan's lead and as always flawless performance by the hardest working band on youtube. All i can say is "BRAVO" please keep them coming guys. very nice.

I rarely get excited about big, belting, melisma-heavy vocals, but my god, she has such a wonderful warm tone in her upper register. Such a good cover.

She was amazing and hit every one of those notes. You can tell she's either has training or knows what her voice is capable of. This was incredible.

Scott Bradlee, you are brilliant. One of the most musical minds this century will produce. Your ability to trancend all musical genres is beyond compare. You not only trancend musical genre but you produce music at a cross cultural level, in a way few musicians have. How you find these fine musicians (singers included) is something I would love to know. Thank you for your gifts. My eyes and ears are astutely tuned in.

I would do anything Morgan James asked for with a voice like that, downright angelic.

I don't know many pop songs, just a few. I started with those and now have moved onto the ones I have no idea how they sound in their original versions. The thing is, I don't care a bit. Her voice is pure beauty. That intro though.

Thank you for putting the brass at the end. That was always my favorite part of tower of power.

My main problem with the original was how little feeling Ariana Grande put into the vocal delivery, despite her lovely voice. This version fixes that, and I honestly prefer Morgan's voice.

Scott Bradlee, without your clever compositions and talented collaborations, my 2 daughters would have no idea what real music is supposed to sound like and agreeably like your versions of today's music. Your live performances show them what real musicians are capable of. Please release on vinyl. Or some high resolution non compressed audio. Keep on keep'n on!

They keep amazing me with their music. There is no other greater gift than to be able to capture an audience like they do. I have played the piano since I was 4 but due to a disability I Will never be able to even remotely do what they do.

That was amazing. I don't mean to sound horrible because the arrangements are consistently brilliant, I just feel sometimes the vocal talent you acquire isn't quite suited. In this case though.... All three of those vocalists were stunning. Just superb. Those backing singers are just astounding. Can't be more complimentary.
