Garlic Butter-
3 tbsp Amul butter
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Marination-
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp curd
1/4 tsp black paper powder
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 onion
1 capsicum
2 tomatoes
150 gm paneer
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
Mint Mayonnaise-
3 tbsp veg mayonnaise
2 tbsp coriander mint chutney
