This WHITE BREAD RECIPE will blow your mind. I use a very FAST DOUGH to make this CRUNCHY ARTISAN BREAD. The video is full of cooking and BAKING TIPS. This OLIVE OIL bread is cooked in a DUTCH OVEN and has an amazing soft CRUMB with lots of TEXTURE and FLAVOR. The OVEN SPRING on this is HUGE! BAKING BREAD can seem like a complicated thing, it really is simple if you follow my STEP BY STEP instructions you'll be baking in no time at all! This RECIPE makes a large BOULE, plenty enough to share with friends and family. Amazing with my HOMEMADE BUTTER or HOMEMADE HAM Video TUTORIALS. Have a look at my other HOW TO COOK video's. I am a BRITISH COOK and I have an ENGLISH ACCENT. I love to cook FOOD.I CAPTION all of my videos with CLOSED CAPTIONS (CC) so that EVERYONE can ENJOY.
From The Video:
I'll be doing the measurements for the recipe in cups and in grams in pounds and ounces check the link below and informational be so the first ingredients flour you can use plain flour or bread flour for this so three cups of flour just roughly level them off so 3 cups of flour which is just over 400 grams about 4 in 20 grams of flour this ingredient number 2 is East I've got about half a teaspoon of yeast which is about three and a half grams half a sachet of instant yeast in a ghost tip number one this is where it gets a little bit cheeky this is activated use it doesn't actually need trigger but me being me I tend to put it normally about her a teaspoon of flat teaspoon of sugar into there so as soon as I start mixed together
It smells so so good, the best smell the world is freshly baked bread the hardest thing about this now is waiting for it to cool down it's going to be so good. I’m going to be trying with some of the butter from a different video which I did and also eating it with some my honey roast ham, listen to that!
Bliss, crunchy on the outside lovely and light on the inside really thought this would be pretty good uh the crust on the bottom of the top slice of thick and crunchy and this so soft and tender.
lovely nice to get a whole way through, it’s looking really good so what goes with Bread? Butter, I made some delicious homemade butter earlier today there's another video on that Ham, lovely hand homemade Ham…... cheese I didn't make that let's be honest I spreading my delicious warm hot bread here you know I'm still here and there's one thing that I know I've nearly forgotten but I haven't quite homemade chutney look at that but it tastes really really good homemade chutney, homemade butter, homemade homemade ham, this is the way forward.#BritishCook #BritishFood

How my brain works: I see the first clip filmed in vertical mode... when the bread comes into frame and the image turns to fit the frame (vertically), I think, "Wow! A good looking bread like that on a cutting board would make a cool kitchen wall decoration."

There you go, bake and glaze with a Matt glue! I don't know if you can tell ( it's hard to notice.. I know) .... But I'd never actually filmed or edited before this point. I digress. The bread really does come out well, in fact so well some people might think it's a piece of Art.

Okay, I do make bread this way (mostly, I'm going to try the olive oil and ice cube tricks next opportunity!), but we can never eat it all before it gets moldy (mouldy?). So if I wanted to make half this quantity, what would I do about the baking time? Or am I consigned to freezing half of it or feeding the birds?

I'd try halfing the ingredients? If that's possible? Otherwise I freeze mine if I have any left over.....If I ever have any left over.... I'm actually laughing. I think once I had some left over ....because I wanted to make croutons for soup out of it lol.
