Bread & Butter Pudding easy recipe
A light version of the traditional bread and butter pudding, great addition for breakfast, or desert. Add nutmeg or other species to make it more aromatic as well Vanilla essence. If you dairy intolerance you can us alternative milk such as Almond or Oat milk.
Recipe:
6 to 8 slice White Bread
3 Eggs
2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Milk powder
1/3 Melted butter
handful of raisins
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 to 30 mins.
