Being at this game in person was one of the most thrilling things I think I have ever experienced. Two great teams going bomb for bomb was absolutely electric to watch. Not to mention the insane turnout of fans, awesome.

The guys on the Reds blog do nothing but complain about him because he's too excitable, but that game was insane. De La Cruz is unlike any player ever. They say he covers 30.8 feet per second and an NFL WR running a 4.3 covers 27.8 per second
This game was legendary. Easily the greatest game I've ever seen in person. It was the hottest team in the NL vs the team with the second best record in the MLB. The Reds have never been this fun in the past few decades. Early 2010s came close, but this is something different. Votto should be in the HoF, and the fact that Elly hit for a cycle in his FIRST TWO WEEKS in the League is insane. The Reds MUST keep him.

What a game! Braves fan here, but games like this are exactly why I love baseball and De La Cruz is super fun to watch. Love the 3 HR by the Braves in the 8th and the fight in both teams. Not many teams can come back 5-0 to begin with so props to the Reds. I can only imagine we’ll see this kind of thing again later this season.
I have been watching, going to Cinncinnati Reds games since the late 60's. This team is fun to watch! Got down 5 runs in first, no problem this team hits, and runs the bases aggressively! I have waited many decades for this team! Great young talent! GO REDS! Elly is amazing! WOW

As a braves fan, the reds have a good chance of the playoffs if they keep playing like they have been. Elly has been exciting to watch to
I'm old enough to have watched the big red machine and I loved 1990. I know they were in the playoffs a couple times in the early 2010s but this is so fun to watch. Baseball needs the Reds to be good. Still the last NL team to win back to back world series.
