... sometimes a person thinks that they alone have come up with a pretty thing to look at; a clay sculpture, a painting, perhaps an embroidered shawl, an epic saga of kings and their offspring, that stretches over many centuries, or maybe a poem, or a song; in which case, they'll seem to reach within themselves, down the labyrinthine recesses of their hearts, and when their lips part, they lift up their voices to the firmament, shaking the rafters, and the echoes fly out, each one a zephyr, that whispers of changing times, and just as the song had issued forth from the artist's mouth, it spread to nearly unfathomable proportions, flew over the waters and the earth alike, awakening minds which had seemed irreparable, it rushed ever onwards, setting frozen hearts ablaze, and blinded eyes alight with the efffulgence of the earth's beauty that surrounds us all, and they who'd accepted, with some resignation, that they were unloved and forgotten, that life is futile, all is vanity, yet all on a sudden, a bizarre sort of silent thunder pealed within them all, a storm broke upon the parched earth of their long shrivelled and bitter hearts, they trembled and wept for joy, because now they could touch the eternal, and they would fear nothing; that's what it's like, when God has decided that you're the best medium for His present purposes, and through the soul stirring voice of miss bareilles, He's doing precisely that! heartfelt commendations, Miss Bareilles, I humbly salute thee, please keep right on changing the world for the better, you're an absolute inspiration ! 😍😍😍

I didn't discover that Taron could actually sing like this until just now while seeing the movie "Sing" on TV, which took me down the rabbit hole of if it was actually him singing in that movie. 4.) The rabbit hole first led me to a video of him singing the song live, WITH Elton on the piano. And here we are. Oh my GOD I love him even more now. Until today, I only knew him for Kingsman. Dayum.
