branded vs unbranded acrylic cutting test with dull bits😷

The first time I bought acrylic without a brand and cut it using a CNC machine there was no problem at all. but after several cuts, the acrylic started to melt. I tried several times by changing the speed and feedrate the results were the same. I went again to buy branded acrylic at a higher price. After I cut using the previous endmills the results were no problem. So I concluded that the previous non-branded acrylic was poor quality

Hello, I have this problem too. Does the problem go away when we just upgrade the acrylic quality?

Try different types of acrylic sheets. Higher melting point temp would be better
kak mohon dibalas. klo untuk motong/cuting akrilik tebal 2mm, yg hasilnya rapi (mirip seperti hasil laser) pakai mata bor jenis apa ya ? mata bor 1mm kak buat objek kecil.
