@@tndcraftchannel127 Do you use the same settings on all your pieces_ I used a 0.75 mm endmill, some slightly jaggered edges but very pasable. Maybe dropping the speed a bit would fix it?

amazing video, i am really new to this. i am just starting to learn ASPIRE. i did everything you did in the video, but when i load the g code to candle and press send all X Y Z axis move very very very slow slow. modeling resolution is ( standard )fastest, any idea what am doing wrong, the bits that am using are the ones that came with the cnc pro 3018. thanks in advance )

Hi your work is amazing! Does your cnc router 3018 pro cover a work travel of a A4 sheet size. For example would the cnc engrave and fit in to a A4 size acrylic sheet. Thanks

Hiii... For Dimension of A4 size cannot fit (210x297 mm) . Because the size of the aluminum table bed is only 300x180 mm. And the actual travel is only about 280x160 mm for the X and Y axes. And For the Z axis it is only 40 mm.

Because you are using separate files and different bit how do you keep everything in line, mainly cutting of the acrylic, after you engrave you move the machine but when you run it it cut exactly where the engraved mark is.. cause I tried to make a keychain with 2 different files and it went to wrong place to cut

Before all processes run the machine, have you zeroed the X Y Z coordinates ( Datum xyz )?

Tanya dong bang, kan saya baru beli, baru tes pakai file nc bawaan, kalo posisi mata endmillnya itu pas diatas bahan yg kita cutting atau ada spacenya bang ? Antara endmill dan bahan sebelum di run, soalnya beberapa file nc dari bawaan yg saya coba cuttingnya ngambang semua dari bahan, ada yg terlalu masuk juga

Biasanya Mata Endmilnya sama bahan di sentuhin pake kertas bang, kertas coba ukur ketebalan, biasanya 0.1 mm. Jadi kertas tempelin ke bahan. Trus endmill/spindel sumbu Z deketin ke kertas tadi ampe kertas kejepit dan gerak dikit. Itu 0.1 mm sumbu Z di atas bahan 0.1 mm. Masukin parameter sumbu Z + 0.1 mm. Begitu kira kira ya

You engrave it in reverse then the acrylic is smooth from the front, I do similar signs but I reverse engrave them

Iya betul bang, sy gk make kertas. Sama aja cuma beda beda dikit. Kegores dikit katakan lah udah makan 0.1 mm alias Z=-0.1 mm dr atas benda kerja ya

Sy pke Endmill Mas e, endmill 1 mm, cuma untuk kasus buat tulisan di video ini ya, karena apa? Karena Tulisan nya kan Besar2 itu, klo pke Vbit 30 degree, gak kelar kelar.. 😉
