Very sad, I know fresh fish is good but surely you can knock it off and send the fish to sleep before descaling, plus trimming 😢😢😢😢😢 I have also come across where the fish is fried in the work, with garnish pored on top of the fish and then serve while the fish head is still alive. Very sad 😢😢😢😢

Excellent video and the one on cooking shrimp is also excellent. But sometimes your ingredients don't translate very well. Can you tell us please, what is "thin soup"? You used powdered chicken stock in the early part of the recipe; are you using some mixed with a little water or is it some other kind of stock such as beef?
