I came to realize that being a chinese cook is of a whole another level than a western one. Starting from knife mastery to cooking techniques there are a lot more of details to count in chinese cuisine. I'm from Italy 🇮🇹✌🏻

You just don't know any good western chefs lmao. The techniques are different, but the required level of skill is about the same. And don't forget that Chef Wang is one of the best.

Not necessarily....you watch enough of Chef Wang and find out that Sichuanese cooking is a lot of the same. Yes there's lots of differences between the regions, but then there are a lot of similarities. A bit like Italian, a bit like French.

我也注意到了,他的好几个动作我看完就感叹,这样的确方便
在北美这个大嘴鲈鱼特别多,作为钓鱼爱好者又是四川人,不建议做红烧(肉质没有鲈鱼的细嫩口感,腥味反而也会出来),当然这只是个人感受。清蒸大嘴鲈鱼还是最好的~没有腥味、肉质细嫩。
I love this man and his uncle is so funny. I’d cook for the uncle just to see his face and hear what he has to say about it.

国内疫情那么严重看新闻,但每次看这个频道都觉得是世外桃源,万物美好,第一次觉得住农村也很好,太喜欢了 另外很佩服王刚师傅,都这么红了也没有膨胀,老人不动筷子他都在等,我家有个人自从有钱以后六亲不认 对父母姐妹都是呼呼喝喝,真是不同人

其实国内疫情没有国外严重,国内只是在定点封控而已,很多地方都不需要戴口罩了。
