    Dr I have one question. I know it but still I ask you. I was a nurse 35 years work MOH and before 5 years retired. After retirement I join home care job. Due to financial problem. Those 5 years I was doing day duty only. Now since Dec 29 2019 onwatds I am doing night duty only. Now 5 month completed. At present vacancy only night duty also working hours also less. One day I check my BP just for fun but BP shows165/95.150/80.160!/90 134.72 range coming. I saw your exercise that leg finger tips up and down Also I drink muringa leaves and garlic together crushed and boiled in milk drinking after meals night only not taken any medicine. I never had BP before. I ask you is there any require of BP medicine. My age now 64 Pls reply Thanks a lot
