    Wow I couldn’t figure out where this pain was coming from. I googled a diagram of the muscles on the arm to try to identify which muscle was causing me pain. This led me to your video and you guys totally got rid of my muscle pain. Thank you so much, you guys rock!!

    Seriously can’t thank you enough. I have had this injury for around 2 months. I stopped lifting heavy weights to give it rest, but even after months of recovery any little thing would trigger the pain. I did the exercises you said and I felt an immediate difference.     I just started training about a month ago... My arms were destroyed on my first training session and they were not functional for about three days straight. I've been to four training sessions so far, and on the fourth one I felt this pain. This was three days ago; I thought I had damaged something, but now I see we all experience this joy called pain...     This pain has bothered me for 7 months and I finally saw a specialist and got prescribed steroids and 6 weeks of physical therapy. Just found this video before I start both tomorrow and tried it and the pain is gone. I'm in absolute shock. Thank you so much guys.

    Listen guys... I do a lot of back pressure, pronation etc... movements and when I increase weight my arms start hurting so bad i dont know where pain comes from. Thanks to Ray, he fixed it!

    Oh man this is good, I'm a PT... so it's like I sorts know what's wrong and have been doing the other forearm releases exercises, but I needed these tips, as pain has shifted (or was always there), to lower outer bicep...     did bicep curls month ago and got rhabdo I think it was this msucle I injured! just got back from gym lifting a 50 lb dumbbell for deadlifts and the pain flared up again. this exercise with tennis ball really helped! thank you!!!

    I woke up this morning with so much brachialis pain near my right elbow. I couldn't even pour myself a cup of coffee. I thought I was going to have to spend at least a week using my left arm & hand for everything. I couldn't bend, pick up or move my right arm or hand without feeling tightness and unbearable tension. After watching this video and using a lemon over a ziplock bag ( I couldn't find a tennis ball) to roll it against a wall I felt immediate muscle relief. Thank you!!

    Thanks for the vid guys! Very well presented and the effects from the exercises shown provide almost immediate results. I have an accompanying pain at the medial epicondyle / aponeurosis of bicep (sharp pain at the elbow connector, on the "in" side) I feel the pain the most when I curl or do back exercises (pulling) but I've been told that the pain stems from the bench press.. It really feels like what people describe as "tennis elbow" but on the opposite of the forearm. Any ideas or tips? Thank you!

    Hello guys @voiceofarmwrestling ! Thank you so much for such helpful videos! I had injured my arm and now after a month, my brachialis muscle only pains when I try to stretch it ( hold my back with the opposite arm ) or even sometimes while I'm not doing anything. But the pain isn't that bad. Should I continue with my workouts or wait till my pain completely disappears?

    Worked great but something I noticed. While doing these techniques, try to find the spot where it hurts the most, and apply hard pressure and smooth it out to get the best results. (it will almost feel HOT when you feel a release) You will still have a dull ache afterwards, but its better than what feels like a giant toothache.

    It is a really helpful.I have tried and it seem to work. I am still not able to to bicep curls as I am feeling pain in the middle of the upper arm as well on the front of my forearm. Can you please suggest if I need to stretch some other muscles as well. Thanks a lot.

    Hi guys, i do not train or arm wrestle however I am a industrial tradesman carrying out heavy work on and with heavy equipment. I have been dealing with this exact pain you describe for around 8 to 9 month in my left arm. Sometimes barely being able to move it at all and right now I have a lump at this area. I have tried everything until i seen this. I really hope this works....

    @@balaajb1247 Yeah it's basically gone! Just did these exercises and other versions of them few times a week and didnt do any exercises that hurt and was gone in a few weeks. No longer hinders my training, only comes back with a hard match but then I can deal with it again

    so i didn't know better and gave 110% at arm wrestling my fellow employees without any training. i am now collecting disability because i broke forearm tendons and is suffering pain.

    im not an armwrestler but i got that pain from, overhead press with long bar. 1 year it was no problem but now it started this pain and only with that exercise i feal it.

    I have pain right around where you show in the video.. I workout 5-7 days a week and the pain just started in my left arm, hopefully it will help/cure it. thank you.

    Thanks for this video, it help a lot, starting feeling the difference. However this is exactly the pain that i have, just talked to a coach, he told me it will last at least 4 weeks, do you think i could get rid off this pain quicker with this relief traning ?

    I injured something in this area playing with my dog over a month ago. I'm a side sleeper, and it makes getting into that side uncomfortable. I tried this with the nearest rubber dog ball. I'm not perfect but I seem to have my range of motion back, and the pain is nearly gone after a few seconds of this. I determined the muscle by discussion with a bodybuilder, because the anatomical drawings seemed like this muscle was mostly under the bicep, and documentation talked about elbow flexing, which wasn't an issue. My issue was raising my arm to the side, but is seemed too low for deltoid. Thanks for the exercise.

    SO i just arm wrestled with some friends over a few beers, and hurt this muscle in my left arm. It's been about 5 days, and i feel radiating pain in it. I've been trying ur exercises and avoiding weight lifting and martial arts. I see lots of comments form people in the situation as me, hope this annoying injury heals for us...

    Dude, EXACT same story for me. Regretting that 20 seconds of drunken glory for almost 10 days now. Going to try the techniques in these videos out and see how it goes. Godspeed.
