Hi my friend and for a reliably great smile, you can match your braces' rubber band colors to your skin tone. Lighter skin tones are complemented by darker, bold colors, like navy blue or violet, deep red, and hunter and deep greens. These won’t make your skin look washed out, and have the added benefit of making your teeth appear whiter. Darker skin colors look best with brighter jewel tones. Choose rubber bands in colors like bright blue or teal, bold pink or magenta, or ruby red. These colors will provide a nice contrast to darker shades of skin, and also make your smile dazzle. yes the first week you’re teeth will be more sensitive to chewing but after a week or so itll feel normal again

You should do oral cancer screenings videos on your patience before you do the actual exam of their teeth

I just got my power chians and it hurts so bad 😭

I’m getting braces around the end of march, so just curiouse what to expect, your vids are realy helping me to understand what to expect for the next two years, also the “brushing with braces” video is favored, just to remind myself how to do it properly, cause thats my biggest concern so far, to keep everything clean

No way....3 days??? we'll it looks like you might have to use your retainers more carefully, sometimes little gaps can get fixed with your retainer but if not you might have to talk to your dentist about this issue and do something about it! 😉 Thanks for watching and don't forget to like our video that helps a lot!! 🧡🦷
