It's also Take a good look at the difference in views. Videos depicting girls winning has Millions of views while boy winning has a mere few thousands. @rugby3874 I wish people would stop making that claim because it is not true! Clearly, I'm guessing you have never wrestled? FIRST, wrestling is intense -- you don't have time to think of where you are allow to touch in a wrestling match and SECOND, when a girl VOLUNTARILY enters a boy's sport then while she is competing she is a "boy". As long as you follow the rules you can touch her body anywhere you need to win (as long as the hold/touch is legal of course).

When a girl wrestles (voluntarily) in a boy's sport she is a de fact "boy" while competing. Besides anyone who has wrestled knows wrestling is intense and you grasp the opponent anywhere you need to.

Great video. The girl in that first match (0:02 -- 4:44) looked like a wrestler and the "Oklahoma" on her singlet just adds to that image -- great wrestling state! Anyway, she was pretty much frustrated in this match -- the boy was just too strong for her to do anything in terms of offense -- she was fighting to avoid a pin almost the entire match. I loved that boy's perfectly executed "sit out and twist" (2:03) -- that was my favorite move when on the bottom. You usually end up only getting 1 point (i.e., escape) as contrasted to a reversal but if you are a good "take down wrestler" you can turn it into 3 points like this boy did at 2:15! 😁 The girl did her best and I guess you can give her some credit for making it to the 3rd period at least before she was pinned (I had the boy up 9 -- 0 at least at that point?). Always nice to have Mom hollering out "great" advice from the sidelines but to say "get your head up" (4:29) when she is in a stack pin? Ahh, No, not likely! What was this match 113 or 120lbs?

VERY NICE AND EXCITANT.

In that last match starting at 8:01 I did not see much difference in the strength of the two wrestlers -- the girl's arms looked just as well developed as the boy's and he was not able to break her grip or force her into a cradle (e.g. 10:10 -- 10:15). Also I thought that the girl was the aggressor for much of the match but she was constantly frustrated by the boy's very solid defensive skills (e.g., 11:34 -- 11:38) and his strong ride? The match was very close and I think that last second take down (12:34) is all that won the match for the boy (the final match score was uncertain -- the boy either won by 1 point or 3 points -- the glance at the score board (10:30) was showing a 1 point margin -- but who was ahead)? The girl was kind of sulky at the hand-shake but maybe she was just frustrated? I think she was an upperclassman and the boy looked like a freshman so I think the girl went into the match thinking she could win? I don't think this was a win for boy power but a win due to that young man's wrestling skills?

In all these videos, it never takes more than a split second to determine which wrestler is the female. The difference in form and musculature are instantly recognizable. I give credit to the girls for doing this. They may not have a girls division available to them. As long as they aren’t doing it to prove men and woman ate the same. They are equal, but different. I do wonder if this is somewhat eye-opening for them though. It must be frustrating to always be in defensive mode. It’s rare that any have been able to be attacking.

A girl has no chance ......why do this ...? Who's idea was this nonsense ?

I don't know why this kind of competition. Here in Brazil, the main women's volleyball team trains against the youth men's team to simulate games with teams with more physical strength, as in the case of the Russian and Chinese teams.

I don't know why they doing this at all cuz girls are very rarely going to beat guys especially when they start to get stronger they're much quicker much more agile some girls will be good beating other girls like the first comment say

Take 100 women and 100 men with the same weight and training level. Make them fight pair by pair. At some point we will have a woman winning this, after all, you are not always on a good day. However, of these 100 confrontations, men will certainly emerge victorious in more than 90, 95... for merely biological reasons! And if we consider that the average man is bigger and heavier than the average woman, this difference increases even more... Sometimes it seems that it is difficult for some people to understand something so obvious! Real life is very different from the fantasy of Hollywood or Netflix.

The only sense I can make out of this is that it may train the girls to do better against other girls (?). I've watched maybe a dozen or so of these in which there's NEVER been a girl winning. It's even more one-sided than girl vs guy in, say, tennis. Really not sure what the point of this is- maybe some other commenter would be so kind as to explain this to me?

When both boy and girl are at age 12 the girl has the advantage. Once the boy’s voice changes then he has the advantage. A lot of young boys quit wrestling because they were beaten by girls at an early age. That is why it is not a good idea to have them wrestling one another. By the age of 16 the boy will beat the girl so there is no point to it.
