I was born with the same problem but I got surgery till I was 12/14 but didn’t get this quality this is 10/10 I need my redone my ear doesn’t even have a space from my head to the ear only if I could post a picture

Pls someone tell me...... will that ear grow with his body???????? Like you know how when you get old and your ears get like all big and stuff...would it grow the same way? And also... is it like synthetic, or can he like actual feel it? (i doubt it... but if he can, that would be sooooo cool)

He has one ear canal other need to drill and make a new cochlear otherwise no hearing fake ear!
