This guy actually explains the reason for every single move. He is a trainer from a philosophical angle. Too many trainers get caught up in the technical without properly nurturing their fighters brain/knowledge level. They just force their fighters to adapt to the required style by the trainer.

@@blackhoodie4170 it doesn`t matter going easy or hard bro, if you ever stepped in boxing gym you must have an eye for movement, reflexes, footwork, hand postition and the way punches are thrown, this guy shows 0 boxing ability and thats why i can`t take him seriously as a coach. If you are interested you can check Fran Sands videos he is a real coach.

keep your lead foot pointing at the opponent, and keep your rear foot hidden behind your lead foot. Keep your opponent behind your Rifle,,, your Jab. When you throw the Jab, flick it out with your hip. Moves with your hip,s and not your shoulders.

how to move to your oponent's strong side (his right hand in general) without being hit is one of the less talked things both in youtube and in real life..I find, in general, coaches teach to simply avoid circling to your oponent's right hand, which i find very limiting and leads to very circular predictible fights. are "keeping your distance with your front foot" and "avoid falling into your punches" (which demands pushing with your back leg instead of moving with your front leg) enough? or are there more tips on how to move to your oponent's right hand? every tip i can get on this is really welcomed, THANKS for your videos

I use the sweet science of boxing to train my kick boxers and MMA fighters. I don’t personally know any pro MMA fighter that doesn’t like learning the sweet science to compliment their MMA training. Also, we can’t underestimate the speed of a qualified boxer’s hands. We can theorize until we are blue in the face so, I encourage the viewers to watch and analyze Professional MMA fights for themselves and see the various ways fighters move their feet as they strike. Feet may be our power houses but remember, we don’t have to stand on our hands.

my boxing coach always had you practice moving around like he does in this video, but at the same time, you would just reach out and touch (same movement as punching but not at speed or with force). you would practice movement with a partner and you learn to bob and weave at the same time. Its just so you can get the fundamentals down.
