SQUAT: BOX SQUAT
In this video we will go over how to set up for a great box squat. Set the box close to the rack and so you can straddle the box and take minimal steps out of the rack. Secondly, use a height that allows you to get to a depth that hips are right above the knee at the bottom. Do not rock back and forward to stand up. Think of maintaining a straight bar path to power up off the box.

Hi, how do you keep your arm from going numb during this? My left arm ALWAYS goes numb during box squats!

You might need to mobilize the shoulders first - numbness sounds like a nerve is getting pinched.
