I love the idea of using warm oranges and yellows for shadows on yellow flowers. Some artists use dark sepia or some such color but it tends to turn the yellows green-gray. Now I know how to keep my yellow flowers yellow. Thank you!

Thanks. Yellow flowers can indeed start looking muddy even if you use the shadow colour you see.
